You’re talking about back in the day 15 years ago in reality 30 to 40 years ago they used to be indeterminant life sentences tend to life 15 to life five to life. Then the reform came and they got rid of that life and they said five years and you’re out, so the guy next to you who robbed a bank got five to life well you got five years and you were out that’s why our prisons are overcrowded with 40+ year-old people
