Hi atty gud pm. Atty nag file sa akin ang ex husband ko ng nullify of marriage. Pero ang root cause ng hiwalay namin is nagkaroon sya ng kabit at nag ka anak sila pero pinapalabas nya sa file nya phsychological incapacity. kinasuhan ko po sya ng concubingae hindi po ako pumapayag ma nullify kasal namin dahil gusto nya pakasalan kabit nya

Pwede po kayang ang mag file ng phsycological in capacity eh ung ni rerefer mismo,, kunware ako mag file ng pysycological in capacity pero ako din ung may psycological in capacity ,, kung wala na yung partner mo hinde mo na makita
