Na grant annulment niya kasi mapera siya at in a short period of time na grant agad annulment niya, I know people na ng apply ng annulment took them 4 to 5 years before ma grant ang annulment! Maging patas naman tayo sa sambayanan please, let those women and men be free!

It's not about making divorce cheaper but filing cases against philandering husbands and wives getting cheaper or at no costs as long as it is exclusive to family matters and also effective government enforcement of the penalties. For the poor they don't need annulment or divorce they just separate. A common knowledge already.
