Great sound of the v5 engine, i could hear the 2003 model in Cheste and the noise was amazing, i dont understand why honda dont show a 03/04/05/06 model, the sound is deeper a completely beast, for me a perfect sound from a motorbike, what a great piece of ingeniering
Yes, 2 strokes have more volumetric efficiency, more power per size, but four strokes hold the advantage in power/fuel consumption. I am all for diversity of racing machines. I want to see even rotary engines in the mix, but, I doubt an unrestricted size 2 stroke could compete with the 4 stroke GP bikes of today with the given fuel restrictions. So many times we have seen racers run out of fuel in the cool down lap.

Unfortunately, they could not manage the overheating and also failed to lower your price. But it would be fantastic a race with four-stroke 1000cc, 500cc two-stroke and rotating in the same relation.
It took double the capacity (in the case of MOTO2 more than double) to replace the two-stroke by four strokes. And besides the engine twice the size, had to increase the turns on many rotations, therefore fear them not being faster, it was great. This is the greatest proof of the inefficiency of four-stroke engines. Noisy and low power efficiency in the question. The world of bikes has gone stale. Stoner was also right to say that the 500 2T were more fun.
