6 THINGS That NEED TO CHANGE in Slime Rancher 2! ► The BIG RED BUTTON: bit.ly/2Y8Xo5g ► This link goes a very very bad place: / epokkyt HASHTAG-TIME! #SlimeRancher #SR2 #SlimeRancher2
Personally I am suffering without my market link... I don't even care if they don't implement the drones until later because I'm so desperate for a faster and easier way to sell plorts.
I have the same issue. I’m on day 100 now and have been doing the same loop since day 60 and no market link and no advanced snare. I now have over 300,000 coins and have maxed out my refinery and nothing left to do 😢
For me, it's the plot on the left side in the area you can use before you unlock riptide or whatever it's called. If you place a corral and have a plort collector. The plort collector is in a really tight corner, making it really hard to effectively collect the plorts. I hope they remodel the mountain next to it or change where the collector spawns.
Ugh! YES! It's infuriating to wedge into that corner. If nothing else, let us reposition the items, like the market link or refinery, they can be adjusted angle-wise... or at least give that one specific plot some elbow room!
I miss the drones. And the chicken explosion bug is a pain. I've spent more time on just ridding expansions and Starlight Strand of the little monsters. The roostros are all over the place, no matter how many you vac. I've also come across some weird things in the game. Over in Starlight, a feral cotton slime was bashing its head against a rock. No kidding. I've never seen that before. It was like something out of "The Shining." I've also had slimes follow me out of the expansions. Slimes trying to comfort the other slimes after a tarr attack. And chickens leaping to their deaths to avoid being sucked up. It's chaotic. And I miss the ornaments. I wonder if there will be a Party Gordo in Slime Rancher 2. Since I've done all you can do, I just keep making money. I'm a millionaire.
Will say based on some research the "explosion" isn't exactly a bug. more so a result of a bunch of features working in tandem to be more effective than planned. This is further backed by the response on monomi's support website - they noted they'd be retuning it but also attributed it to their intentional changes being a bit more effective than people seemed to actually be able to handle.
I found the easiest way to explain bug #2 about upgrades is looking at the power line of upgrades. You need a power chip and you can only hold one at a time for some reason
The map! They made our arrow/character icon for the map THE SAME COLOR AS the map landscape. Just a tiny black outline, or some way of distinguishing the arrow/icon from the map would do wonders!
i experienced a bug where when i fed slimes at my conservatory they wouldn’t drop plorts, this bug started when i slept for 6 hours and when i slept again, it fixed it.
Adding to what was stated above about ring tails - hunger grows at a rate of 1 feeding per 6 hours. So the "fixed it" would also line up 100% with what is expected of ringtails.
A problem I think needs fixing is item despawn times, it unlike in the first game items don’t seem to reset in areas that you are not in this seems to also cause the tart problem from my experience as plorts will just lie around until a slime eats them
I do agree with probably all that he talk s about except I wish he mentioned extractors if they r coming back or not bc getting some types of stuff is a pain
@@beardedlonewolf7695 its an issue that carried over from sr1, memory leaks was the common belief of the cause, its inconsistent between how long is needed as it varies by system. What you have running, what you have installed, operating system, hardware... and so forth. Its not that its not common because of that, but rather has a wide variance in time frames that not everyone who is facing the cause - will actually see the symptoms before they get off. Myself for example only encounters it after about 5 hours of playing straight... which i rarely do.
How about different corral sizes? Or even more special ones, like the pool or incinerator? Why are puddle and fire slimes the only ones that get special corrals?
Given several playthroughs from numerous members of the wiki team - this isn't accurate. At least not entirely. Items are split into a few categories for ranchers. There's the garunteed items set to specific criteria (story progress, day count, and so forth), and there's the random gifts. There's set delays per them in some fashion, but then its a random gift from the pool. Those delays also seem to have a bit of rng from the variability between our findings. prime example is the market link. Some got it pre day 60, others not even after day 120 with similar progress.
@@mrhatnclogs116 i don't really make claims like this without research, and we actually did some more in depth digging because of epokk asking about this...
Im missing the 7zee rewards, it would’ve been so cool to build up a broken observatory

RIP extractors

that's really unclear so let me specify. In the gully, the plot by the mountain has a bad plort collector spawn.
I know /exactly/ what you mean

I honestly think the map is to similar everywhere and I'm getting lost constantly lol

Thank you for bringing up the tarr issue! I thought I was the only one being affected by it but I guess I wasn’t.

I've done everything in the game so far, but I can't get Bob to talk to me. I even scouted out every single treasure pod. Nada, nothing, zilch.
i experienced a bug where when i fed slimes at my conservatory they wouldn’t drop plorts, this bug started when i slept for 6 hours and when i slept again, it fixed it.
you probably have ringtail slimes; they don’t produce plorts when full, but will keep eating. those little rascals!

To this day the chicken glitch wont stop and I lost my whole ranch for intense lag
And when the world needed him most, he vanished
O.0
The 2nd bug is a really simple bug from the eyes of a coder
I do agree with probably all that he talk s about except I wish he mentioned extractors if they r coming back or not bc getting some types of stuff is a pain
As of now there's no plans based on the interview with nick which had announced this new method of gathering resources.
I think the chicken population is good but i don’t need that many chickens!
No? There's too little chickens!
Helo! Chkns? Chkns pls, have you Chkns? Want chkns
To me the moondew nectar show be grown in the gardens.
Nice! 🔥🔥🔥
I thought that the 2nd one was fixed since I didn't have that problem in my playthrough
I don't know but even the first one I've never had it in 40 hours, I was always able to suck resources in, it's not that common I guess.

i feel like the tarr spawn way too much than they should
How about different corral sizes? Or even more special ones, like the pool or incinerator? Why are puddle and fire slimes the only ones that get special corrals?
I still wish that they would add the option for plort collectors to the incinerators and pools.
I feel like we are missing a objective
PLEASE give us longer range super hydro turrets🙏
It's not luck the npcs do it at specific days

@Purplecharmanderz well assuming you did your research I retract my statement

😎👍
I don't have those problems when I play the game and I play on Xbox
I'm first 🥇🏆 hahahaha
