Streets of Rage 4 Secret Character Code

In this video I show how to obtain a secret character in Streets of Rage 4 with a secret code and this will work on any platform that Streets of Rage 4 is on and you don't have to do this code again after you have the character unlocked.
Streets of Rage 4 must be updated to the latest version for this code to work.
