For me it’s definitely going to clicks or dischem 😅I avoid those stores because I’m guaranteed to spend more than I planned. Also my mantra for this year is “I am not in a buying season”

It’s definitely the sales for me 🙈 I always end up buying when I don’t need anything. But lately I’ve been having buyers remorse because I know I have enough clothes. My new thing is I’m not spending anything that I didn’t consult my budget on . Loved this video ❤

the struggle is real but there comes a point where you have to look at yourself honestly and ask what is it you want to achieve?
Pride wont allow you to say i cant afford it ryt now when you are called out by friends for an outing, especially when you are going through a rough patch. True we need to learn to say no especially during broke days.
It's really the small things😭 those trips to the shops to buy bread but you come back with more than that🤕
That's my weakness😬. And I always excuse it with "I mean I can't swipe for 1 thing, since I'm here let me get this and that"...Come monthend when I'm looking at my statement yho😭🙆🏽♀️

My other small expense is buying things for my son, it's just R50 here, R80 there and R120 there. Next thing you've spent a sizeable amount unplanned😅 that time there's no immediate need for any of them
