I can assist you with paying them
Give them partnership stake in the company
Seeing the vision
You don't convince people to work for you without any payment for two years.
You convince them to partner with you for two years with no payment then you all get equal benefit when the business mature
You need to have great liderships skills

If you don’t guide the people you are interviewing you will end up with 1hr long useless conversation. I think she did well.
