Imagine if we had Robin for Co-op. The dynamic duo would take down Arkham City faster than the original game had it.
That would be awesome to see Robin and/or Nightwing in the mix.
I could see Nightwing instead of Robin for consistency. Mabye some non-canon explanation that Nightwing was assisting Batman while Robin was in the background. Lol

If you both knock bunch of enemies down and then do the multi ground takedown you can take out so many enemies together!
Funny thing was a co op for this game was plan I remember seeing a commercial leak on how it would work

It was my friend who edited those, he just got lines from the games and added them when editing to make it funny and more immersive

If you're gonna play with your friend, you both gotta download a program called Parsec, then they connect to your pc. You use your keyboard and mouse, then your controller in the game, then they use their controller, it should make them player 2

You need a second controller I guess, I don't play locally with a second controller so I'm not sure, I have a program called Parsec which allows my friend to play with me on my pc

I have the 2 batmans, he's connected through parsec but when he moves, it moves my batman, i can't find a way to move the other

@@Simonec00 kbm is keyboard and mouse you start with keyboard and mouse, plug in your controller because the first controller plugged in is always player 1 and then have your friend use their controller.

I took it in game with debug camera which is a thing if you have debug menu installed, I just threw smoke, activated debug cam with game paused and took it with that animation, the background is just the place where you interrogate Freeze in Museum ❤

2. What happened to the second player at 6:05?
1. No unfortunately, there are some parts of the game, mainly when loading new areas, that make player two spawn in the void with you
2. I'm not sure, but I think the game didn't understand the presence of two batmen on the cutscene, and one of them (player 2) just fell into the water and appeared somewhere else
Im guessing split screen from asylum couldnt be brought in for now?
Yeah it doesn't work for any other arkham games unfortunately
@Fcabb I'm thinking the coding for split screen should be able to be imported. If it's all the same engine, I can imagine. And also the console command to spawn a batman would be cool to re-add in. The mods are cool, but not being able to only use 1 batman when you don't want to use the mod hurts the accessibility.
it feels like the other player see threw your eyes and if you turn around the second batman won't be able to coordinate his movement. Is it true? Just want to understand how it works

can you add remove p2 and add him back how did you grapple on this part at the frozen area player 2 can’t grapple
Sadly you can't add or remove player 2 mid game, they'll always be spawned no matter what. Also ye pretty sure I just used the command ghost for second player to get up there

I'm trying to get the second player to work using parsec and the second player can only control me, how do I get second player to work in the parsec settings? he's using a ps4 controller.
Use your keyboard and mouse first, connect and use your controller, then your friend connects their controller, that should make it so they're player 2
Your friend could get a program like ds4 windows and have his ps4 controller emulate a xbox 360 controller, since AC only detects xbox controllers. It worked for me even using a ps5 controller. I doubt it's a parsec thing.
Yeah my friend is already using ds4 windows but even after we tried connecting my controller first then his it still doesn’t work so I’m just figuring it out right now. Is it possible you could make a tutorial it’s possible I’m missing a crucial component it’s either parsec or something else entirely I just don’t know.
These Parsec connections can be kinda weird but in general if you did what I said (used your keyboard first, then your controller, then theirs) and it still didn't work, honestly I don't even know what it could be, I guess keep doing more testing@@fadedsoul3919 and good luck

In the description there's a google drive link to download the files, make sure you read the "README" file and it should explain you well enough what to do 😊 and ig download a program called Parsec so your friend can connect to your pc

You can't make one of the batmen a different character separately, it affects both players

Hi, make sure you have Parsec and them too, they connect to your pc, you open the game, use your keyboard first then your controller, and only then your friend uses their controller, that way it'll make them player 2

Both players always have the same skin unfortunately

You can make both players Robin, but not one of them separately
Do you have to have two Batman’s?
You can have two robins, two catwomans, two nightwings etc, but it only works if they're the same character, you couldn't make player 1 batman and player 2 robin at the same time for example

If you made a backup of your engine.upk file then just replace it with that, if you didn't then you're gonna have to delete it and verify the intrgrity of your files on Steam
