I ordered something from Ebay in this month and it’s already left USA soil on its way here. Because of Global Priority Shipping, I am able to track it on my phone from the time it left the sellers hands in Iowa. I am in Cape Town. This is my first time and I am pleased! However My next purchase will definitely through myusa to try that out. Thanks!

Yes it’s possible although not advisable because of their inefficiency, rather go to a post net or any pick n pay
Apparently, if you import stuff more than 3 times in one year, SARS will block your stuff the fourth time requiring an importer's code and its a long process to register. Have you experienced this?

The video is good help man. I definitely will subscribe. I have an Amazon account for about two years now, did add a few items to my cart and I really want to buy most of the items. All the items in my cart indicate specifically that they can ship to my country (Namibia)- and the precise location in my country. In my cart, I had some items that were indicating that they do not ship to Namibia, so I took them out and searched for the ones that indicated they do ship. What's your comment on this? Do you think it is possible since you been doing a lot of online purchasing. Or should I buying one item maybe and check if it arrives. On my Amazon account, I have gonna as far as entering my credit card details(which I did not do though), but all the items were listed and ready for purchase and the Amazon Global Priority Shipping fee amount was there too. I personally (from searches and reviews) have trust issues with forwarding agents. Some say they add weight just to charge more. It's a long one man, but I will really appreciate your help

hi, I still do, just posted this past Monday, Amazon normally deducts a day later depending on the card type, i normally just get a voucher if I’m using local cards, it’s faster

It depends where you buying from, on Amazon for example if you shipping straight to South Africa then you pay everything at once

+VOGUE WWR Your options would be contacting the seller to arrange transportation with them if possible, so basically they might be able to ship to you directly

Using a forwarder like Myus, now you can check with them to see all locations they cover, but I’m sure Zambia is part of it

If I am buying from a supplier in China they use Dhl will it come to the post office here in Sa or Directly to my place and how does the duties work regarding this
Call your supplier and ask, they have done this transaction before they’ll give you more accurate estimates.
@PMHK hey man thanks for the video really informative. so i need help, i dont mind waiting long times i wanted to buy few big products like a hifi system, couches, and a few more things from different stores in china. e.g. for a TV costing around R1500 shipping costs for that one product was around R4000. thats expensive for me.

One option I can think of is using a forwarding agent but that’s just gonna cost you more

Is the money you get charged for buying outside the country and not in side and side note if you buying clothing outside you will be charged 100% duties so if the item cost 1000 rands you’ll pay another 1000 rands for customs duty

For a business depending on what you planning to sell, I’d advise that you actually take the time to travel to China at least once for you to establish your own supply chain which will involve finding the best way, with your supplier, to ship stuff for you, wish for business purpose will not cut it

But wherever I come across a new online store I first check their legitimacy by just analyzing the site it self built, grammar and then I go to checking what others are saying about it online, in forums, lastly before buying anything big I just get something inexpensive just to be safe, sometimes I do try to get in contact with the actual guys running the online store, hope this was of help

The problem was i cant find any south africans who bought from them and got it delivered here. On there website they do offer international shipping to south Africa but wanted to know exactly how its done. Since i want to buy some expensive pc parts which are also fragile thats why i want find out if its safe to trust there delivery to south africa.
