मोटापा एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या हैं उसके लिये दस अभ्यास पूरी दुनिया में औसत रूप से आधे लोग मोटे है और आधे लोग पतले है आधे लोगो को ज्यादा डाईट मिल रही हैं उससे वो भी परेशान हैं और भूख और कुपोषण ये दुनिया में सबसे बड़ी समस्या हैं जितने लोग बिमारियों से मर रहे हैं उससे कहीं ज्यादा लोग भूख और कुपोषण से मर रहे हैं और कई बार तो कुपोषण के शिकार समर्थ लोग भी हो जाते हैं जिसको मोटापा कम करना हो वो आधे से एक घंटा धीरे धीरे दौड़ लगाये इससे वजन कम होंगे और आहार पर नियंत्रण करना होगा और लम्बे लम्बे साँस ले इससे पुरे शरीर में साँस जायेगा तो एनर्जी जनरेट होगा इसे त्रिकोण आसन कहते हैं पाद हासन धीरे धीरे करे आसन और जोर से करे तो व्यायाम अब दोनों हाथ सामने श्वास अंदर भरे और श्वास छोडकर आगे झुक जाये इतना आगे झुके की माथा घुटनों तक छु जाये इसको शुरू में पांच सात बार से ज्यादा नही करना चाहिये और इसे धीरे धीरे से बढ़ाना चाहिये फिर चक्की घुमाने वाला को करेंगे इसको बैठ कर करे और लम्बे लम्बे श्वास भरे इससे भस्त्रिका व कपालभाति एक साथ हो जाता हैं यदि मोटापा होगा तो ये बीमारी होगी शुगर होगा कोलीस्ट्रोल बढ़ेगा हार्ट और बी. पी. की समस्या होगी कमर में दर्द होगा और घुटने जल्दी दर्द देंगे और जो मोटे लोग हैं उन्हें कैंसर भी हो सकता हैं ये सच हैं की बीड़ी तम्बाकू से कैंसर होता हैं पोल्युसन से भी कैंसर होता हैं और ज्यादा मीठा और नमक खाने से भी कैंसर होता हैं और ये सक हैं की मोटापा से कैंसर होता हैं मोटापा के लिये एक एक अभ्यास ठीक से करे लम्बे लम्बे श्वास भरे

2. Side bending- both sides
3.alternate toe touch
4.Hands up down, toe touch, up, straight & bck bending wid hands up.
5. Jumping jacks
(Now Sitting)
6. Nauka- legs front straight- clockwise thn anticlockwise
7. Alternate toe touch- wid legs spread wide
8. Butterfly
9.ekpaad uttanasan, dwipad uttanasan
10. Leg circles- while lying on bck- single then both togther.
11. Leg cycle- one by one then both together- clockwise & anticlockwise
12. Situps- hands up, full lie down & up, touch toes.
Followed by Pranayams like kapalbhati, bhasrika etc.
