I know this is kind of an older(ish) video but I just wanted to say I really appreciate what you do on this channel! I don't so WW (counting calories is just easier for me) but I always come to your channel when I need inspiration for foods and snacks since lower points is usual lower calories and the stuff you make is healthier, regardless. You make everything so accessible. Keep up the great work!
Zevia has several benefits other than being sugar / sugar alcohol free - the clear color is because they don't add fake coloring / food dyes to their sodas!

For cornbread, you have to try Pounddropper cornbread recipe. Best I’ve had!! 😋
Jennifer Lynn on CZcams makes cornbread with a recipe. all the time for soups and French knot bread with 2 ingred. dough. They rave about both. Think points are 1-2 each. Go look!

Easiest and healthiest cornbread…. Applesauce, corn meal and self rising flour. I don’t measure… just mix it and I make pancakes out of it. Super tasty! And if you wanna make it in a pan add an egg.

I had never heard of Tru Fru until I saw them in one of your other videos. I finally found some in my area. I bought the raspberry and the strawberry. The store also had blueberries, but I am not a fan of blueberries. Both the strawberry and the raspberry were good. But the raspberry is my fav . I'm hoping to be able to find the Cherries one some day

I've been really into the mini trix they just released I feel like I'm eating over 2 bowls of cereal with how much you get for 150 calories. On yogurt in a creami even etc. They also have cinnamon toast crunch and reeses puffs..restocking on trix and CTC as soon as this winter storm is done. I found these undercover snacks they're puffed quinoa in dark or milk chocolate disc you get alot for 130 calories (half the bag) they've been awesome for a tv snack or quick grab through the day.
Zevia drinks are so good. I haven't tried all the flavors, but I haven't had a flavor I didn't like.
Cloud bread has been around forever - an old Atkins diet recipe I think. They are made with egg whites.Will be great for a breakfast sandwich!

I hit the higher goal weight this morning!! But now I'm second-guessing myself. Have you struggled with this? Maybe I'm just scared of maintenance?

Jennifer Lynn Weight Watchers has a cornbread recipe that looks great & not high points
Hmmmm.. I wonder if you could make your own Kodiak cornbread just with the plain pancake mix or their new flour and cornmeal and adjust it to be more "corn" flavored. You could use monk fruit to lower the points and use the applesauce still. Now my brain is working overtime!
Just cornmeal, self rising flour, egg and applesauce makes good corn bread.

Hi Guys! I really watching you both on UTube. I’m not computer savvy at all and at 64 I’m giving a good try but I had just watch Healthy Snack review and had just tried the Corn Muffins. I tried to send you her recipe for Corn Muffins that uses Creamed Corn. She does a meal prep day and her name is Jennifer Lynn and is also on the WW Plan. I hope you get it I tried to sent it on Instagram but it wouldn’t let me write a message for some reason🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. I’m sure it’s not me!!! ☺️ Anyway She uses 1 1/2 C. Self Rising Corn Meal or Corn Meal Muffin Mix, 21oz of Creamed Corn, and 3T Egg Whites. Mix Well and Divide in a Muffin Tin. Approx 12. Bake 15 min @ 400* Anyway with the Corn Meal Mix you just purchased I was thinking you might be able to see if you would like this recipe. If not also wanted to let you know that I watch and enjoy you both very much and have also learned a lot before and especially since I joined WW 10-17-22. You and Adam make a wonderful team! May you have a Blessed and Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year. I can’t think of your roommate’s name, (bad memory sorry!) but tell him this also. Also he should come on more too when he can.
