Recipes with Roy uses sparkling water with less yogurt to make two ingredient dough light. It works great, makes wonderful rolls. Check out his recipe for cinnamon rolls!!

My friend Beth from my bizzy kitchen uses a bit of yeast in her 2 ingredient dough.
@@Randilynn66 I sometimes add it too. It doesn’t seem to help it rise, but gives a yeasty flavor!
I bought the egg silcone because I saw it on another video you made. I think adding in some bell peppers into the eggs would also make the egg and cheese and sausage biscuits even more flavorful. These are great! Hack for the pretzel bites (I’ve made them before too, so good!) - split into the 2 portions and then roll into a snake. Slightly flatten then just cut them into nuggets! Works like a charm and saves so much time!

I found your channel through PlanwithLaken. I tried the two ingredient dough today. I made two pitas, one ‘hockey puck’ with everything bagel seasoning and one without. I even used Chobani though we are a Fage family (we live 5 miles from Fage’s only North American plant.) Can’t wait to keep playing with this recipe. Thank you!
Nikki, all of your cc recipes look fabulous!!! Out of the 3 I would make the Aunt Annie’s pretzels first, I LOVE them, yum! I think you’ve convinced me to do the 2 ingredient dough. I haven’t made it because I have arthritis in my hands quite badly & I’m concerned it will really flare them up. Could I make them in my stand mixer & knead them in there? Anyway, another great job! Those biscuits would be a bit fluffier if you gently pat them out and them cut the shapes by going straight down-don’t twist, it fuses the flakiness together. Then bake them in a snug little pan or cast skillet with their edges touching. They will rise higher that way.

I use the Ezekiel muffins and the al fresco country patties, since imo they're so close to McDs. I find that since I've been doing that (no egg), I crave the McDs less. And on the rare occasion I have the McDs, I feel like I could have a second one when I've finished the first. That never happens with the Ezekiel. I feel like on blue, they were 7, with fat free cheese. And on days when I want to go lighter, I'll just do 1/2 the muffin.
Since there's no pretzel place near me except for the movie theatre, I might try the pretzels, though. Just can't beat a good pretzel! Thanks!
They make a butter extract for cake baking. That may work in place of the butter salt if you are looking for less sodium in the pretzels. I’ve seen it in Michaels or Joann’s

You can save the point for the sausage on your breakfast sandwich if you make your own. This recipe is from Joan’s Pointed Plate, although there are others too.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound 99% fat free ground turkey
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper (can use black pepper)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
pinch marjoram
***can substitute 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning for sage and marjoram**
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, mix all spices.
In a larger bowl, place ground turkey. Sprinkle seasonings over turkey and mix VERY WELL with hands until all the seasonings are distributed throughout meat
Next, you can form patties and fry them or use as ground turkey sausage in a recipe such as sausage gravy and biscuits or in a breakfast casserole.
I use a small amount of oil and non stick spray when cooking the sausage to prevent it from sticking.
add a little dried fennel for a true sausage flavor.

Hi Nikki! Hi Adam! OMGEEE! What great recipes! My hubbies go-to at McDonald’s is that very sandwich! I definitely want to give your recipe a try. I’m so impressed with all of your creations Nikki! You definitely hit it out of the ballpark on each and every one of the recreations! I’m a HUGE nacho fan, and probably have them at least a couple of times per week. I use the A LA MADRE low carb tortillas, the TJ’s Mexican cheese, and will typically use the rotisserie chicken from Costco, shredded on top, with a Mexican seasoned salt that I get from New Mexico. I will definitely use your chili recipe. Do you have a video on this chili that you used on the nachos? Thank you again for these recipes! I will definitely give each and every one a try.

She took the ww 2 ingredient dough and just added an extra ingredient.
If you use self rising flour and Greek yogurt that's the 2 ingredient dough recipe. She uses ap flour and adds the baking powder.
