It's a nightmare sleeping with a neck pillow and two pillows behind your back and one under the knees. I'm at day 6 right now and i'm awake for days already..My neck is stiff from the neck pillow you recommend at 01:51 after six days of use and my donor area is full of blue bruises (I think that's where the anesthetics were placed). I really can't sleep with such a pillow anymore and I'm also going to stop using it today because the pressure exerted on the bruises by the neck pillow is getting too intense.

Sorry to hear about the discomfort and difficulties you've been experiencing. The neck pillow may not work for everyone, but as you are on day 6, you should be okay without it from today. But as always, it is best to check in with your doctor for advice.

Same. I'm on my 5th day and my neck hurts when I use pillow and so does my donor area. It is such a nightmare. What worked for you ?

Is the travel neck pillow to avoid back of the head touching anywhere or prevent us from turning in bed?
I want something to avoid turning in bed?

Nothing can touch the implanted area. The neck pillow can prevent you from turning in bed, but you can also try using more pillows to keep your back elevated if you tend to toss and turn around much.

Sorry to hear that. It can be tricky to find the right sleeping position.
