The Fairy sandwich also works for the Carbink spot... and that's how I caught my shiny Carbink earlier this week! Thanks again Shiny Chief!
The method works so well that there's a second shiny lotad on the left at 2:07!

Using these as soon as I start playing the dlc
For the sandshrew its not even worth it using a sandwich, you can just let a lets go pokemon knock them out and they come back fast enough that if you have the shiny charm you don't even need to waste on a sandwich since you can practically go AFK. You can also do this method with swinub if you go into the cave right behind the location where he showed morpeko in the video. It also has the same thing where you can go to the end and massive amounts of swinub will spawn.

For some reason I never got any litwick or duskull spawns using the ghost sandwhich, is there something more that had to be done for them to spawn like a time of day?

@@SauceMcGavin A shiny Vulpix - already got one that I've had since Emerald and a Alolan one since hatching it in Moon... and hell why not try for one again.
I'm also going to be going for Sentret and give your recipie a shot... really need to stock up on Herbas though.

Litwick and duskskull stop spawning for me after killing the first batch, maybe im doing something wrong?
Try repositioning yourself further away from the spawn area
The Sentret/Furret one definitely doesn’t work anymore. I was doing it yesterday and for some reason it’s no longer working.
