I was at a training for work one of the speakers said “focus on the present, not the past or the future”. Focusing on the future is what causes anxiety and focusing on the past causes depression. These self help videos have really helped a lot

the examples you used were eerily similar to my life and goals so i felt like you were speaking directly to me 😭 i’ve been working on my mindset and not being my own enemy and this year is kind of when it all has started to click. i’m eating better now, working out more, actually dating, working towards getting a new job hopefully, being more social. it’s impressive how your mindset changes everything

i Truly enjoyed this, you hit the nail on the head. Sometimes we don't realize how much the situations we are brought up in, influence our actions or our thought patterns as we age. Doing the inner work as you said is so important because the love you have for yourself plays a role in manifestation and rasing our vibration so we can be in the space to attract the things we like. Also, you made another awesome point, gratitude is the formula and the soil that is going to help those seeds you plant grow. you have to see the positive and have gratitude for what you have in the now. your present moments and thoughts create your future. :) love this!!
Hey man, absolutley LOVE your videos! One question / call out... not sure if it's my settings or something, but the music in your videos is always SO much louder than your voice over... so I have to turn the volume up to listen to what you're saying ...then blasts my tv when the music comes on. Anywho... keep on the great content!
