@@morgannewiederhold-xy9yf when you agree with them, it pulls the carpet out underneath them. Game over because it’s not fun anymore! When they provoke an argument, and you’re standing there unbothered it confuses them. Player 1 is holding the joker card and you my friend are holding a full house. I do not advise using this tactic if you are going through a divorce or custody battle. I only recommend this if you’re trying to escape him and become the most boring undesirable thing to him lol. This only applies to a face-to-face setting, therefore, it’s undocumented unless your state law permits video evidence recordings without the other parties consent. I will provide 2 scenarios below.
      Him: You’re a psycho!
You: You’re right, I really should seek professional help. Now, you know whatever he’s accusing isn’t true, it’s all projection and he knows this. When you agree, YOU are agreeing that he is the one who needs help. What you are also doing is dissolving the snapshot in his head when he first met you. Understand, the narc is never interacting with us, he is interacting with a photoshopped version of us. This is why we are viewed as objects. Objects just exist, and sit there unchanged. The devalue comes in because they don’t see as an autonomous human beings, but a mere object in their mind who is to comply at all times. The original snapshot is untouched, no filter, perfect in every way and the narc has deceived himself that he couldn’t possibly make a mistake and you’re not as perfect as he thought. All you’re doing is playing reverse psychology on his mind. OK, let’s move to scenario 2 if in a court setting and we can’t agree with them because this would not be in our favor.
      Him: You’re crazy!
You: You know that’s not true. Then silence, not another word. You hold the power now and wouldn’t be upholding the boundary you just set in place. He knows you’re not being serious if you continue to defend yourself.
I hope this helps and if you aren’t going through a divorce or custody battle - NO CONTACT FOREVER! Change your number, move if you have to and go off the grid. Do not entertain his flying monkey family members either, as they are all covert snakes working in tandem with the narc!

I’d love a 15 min session. Pls how do we connect ?

Hey there! We actually just did away with our 15-minute calls as we were finding that it was extremely difficult to help in that short amount of time. It takes at least an hour to fully get to know your situation and half the time, people wouldn’t show for their 15-minute and so it was not a good use of our time. However, I would love to connect. Please visit our website at www.courtroomcompanions.com and click ‘Purchase’ at the top as we offer 6 and 10 session one-on-one consultations!
