I enjoyed the live Kenny, thanks for hosting! I look forward to seeing the progress of this 350 :) some of husky’s leaf blowers have that same issue of clamps failing!
Great video ken! I bought a new 455 rancher i let it idle for a tank of gas and when i went to use it i had oil flying out of one of the muffler bolts well come to find out the bolt was loose, another thing i notice on my 455 is around the crease of the muffler it bubbles oil not sure if thats normal or not. Merry Christmas Ken and Family. Smash that 👍 button show kenny some love
Personally, I'd go ahead and reseal the bearing block while you're waiting. After 20 yrs of heat cycles that bottom end is another common air leak waiting to happen even if it passes vac and pressure test at the moment.
While on the subject of pistons and cyliders, could you recommend a source for a combo for an old Stihl 011? Mine's toast and Stihl says not available. Merry Christmas to you and yours. 👍🍻🎅

They’re a good old saw. I just recently rebuilt my sons 350. Have merry Christmas

Ya those 455s are tough saws. For $80 and just a new piston and base gaskets possibly seals it’ll be a great firewood saw. Thanks for watching!
@@KensSmallEngineRepair yes definitely worth fixing for sure. Thanks for posting ken
@@KensSmallEngineRepair can't wait for part 2 Kenny looking forward to watching it

That seems to be the consensus. Thanks for watching!
The 455 rancher is a far better saw.. heavy in my opinion for cc ..but better design.
Merry Christmas!
Same to you. Thanks for watching!
Hi Ken.. any suitable jubilee clamp will do same thing.. or try a 372 clamp the deaer may have one of those even better..
😊👍
MERRY CHRISTMAS BUDDY 🎅 🎄 😊

The cylinder is toast too? Not just aluminum transfer? I see pistons are available but cylinders and P & C kits are getting big $$. Let me look around
@@KensSmallEngineRepair I'm hopeing for the best but expecting the worst. Just looking thru the in/ex ports, it looks bad. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
