- Hey everyone! Back with a video on what I ate for a day here in France. Eating vegan here is a tiny bit more challenging than in the states, but not bad at all! I've found a few good veg/veg-friendly places and the fact that I can cook my own food definitely makes things a lot easier.

You are so much inspiration for me to go vegan. I've been wanting to do it FOREVER but I've been scared that I can't afford it. I've been following you for nearly 2 years and next week is it. I'm going vegan cold turkey. Y'all wish me luck!!
Go ! You can do it, I thought I couldn't but it was way easier than I thought. It's not that expensive either get a lot of rice, beans, and vegetables and it's actually cheaper. Plus you won't be going out to eat to much.
+Andrea O Thank you!! I'm not really big on meat now (just steak. oh how I'll miss my ribeyes) but I think I can do it. It bothers me when I look at meat like this came from the insides of this animal. It's disgusting. I can't wait to start!
it is very hard at first, the secret to the diet to eat as much you want, so you want crave the garbage. switch out the negative with something positive like, insted of milk use almond milk or coconut milk. if you craving ice cream just get ripe frozen bananas and put it in a blender and put stuff like fruit, cacao powder, vanilla bean or whatever you got in mind. there is so much to switch, there is lots of vegan You Tuber out there with good information like @fullyrawkristina , she got lots of information on her chanel.

Hey! You should visit the African neighborhoods in Paris : Chateau Rouge and Chateau d'Eau. There is always a bunch of people, goods vibes, you can't find anything African from food to hair supply.

My two year vegan anniversary is this Saturday! I'm not sure why people think it's so hard or not cost effective to live a vegan lifestyle. I simply say, "Anything you can eat, I can eat vegan" 🌱 #GoVegan

You can also try the fresh garlic, olive oil and the tomato paste in a tube with some pasta water as a sauce
