The more whole fruits and vegetables a person eats is one less meal that is negatively impacting their body and environment. Ignore the extremists, stay open and be blessed 😉
Lifewithbelle im 6 years vegan now and it took me over a year to transition, take as long as you need and dont beat yourself up when you mess up :) youll get there!
I haven't gone straight vegan but im on my way. I have eliminated meat from my diet and ive been meatless for a month now. Its just difficult because you have to read and watch EVERYTHING if youre trying to go straight vegan.Its challenging especially when you're so use to getting certain foods, seasonings, condiments, etc....without thinking. But hopefully I will get there. Im hearing more and more stories of young girls hitting puberty at early ages.....like 7yrs old....we're talking 2nd and 3rd grade. I truely believe its the foods we are eating, the hormones that are being injected into meats. Great video. Thanks for sharing
