Hello, it's very hot, humid here in Aydın / Turkey, so could you please give the recipe of Gazpacho please to cool down, thanks😘🤗🤞!
I agree, there is nothing better than Gazpacho on a hot and humid day. My recipe for that is the following: Add canned tomatoes (I prefer those instead of fresh tomatoes in a Gazpacho), cucumber, paprika, untoasted toast bread, chili, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper and tabasco into a mixer. I dont say how much of which ingredient, because you should make it depending on how you like it. Add the ingredients you like, discard the ones you dont like so much. Mix it untill its a soup and put it into the fridge so that it can really cool down. Serve it really cold. You can serve it with garnishes like very small cut cucumber and paprika. Myself, I like toast croutons, roasted in olive oil with paprika powder.

I never tried Gazpacho and never heard about it, my Brother recommends me to prepare, last week we had over 40 degrees hot days, it was unbearable. Anyways, thanks, greetings😘🤗🤞!

You speak English very well. I can barely tell you have an accent.
What I mean is that based in the way your kitchen looks like and the price tag on the mushrooms, you appear to be in Spain. I've been living in Canada for over 20 years (since I was a kid), and I still can't get rid of my accent. The only thing I managed to do was forget how to speak Catalan.

Mushrooms don’t have peels.
@@RD-vz6cc Skin? Take a button mushroom, turn it upside down and run some cold water gently over it. Take your thumb and press lightly on the part where the cap and gills meet. A type of skin will come off along with any dirt etc.
@@halohat2286 I pretty much ALWAYS peel mine...the only time I don't is if I'm using chestnut mushrooms, but that's a rarity for me
I find it weird not peeling them, it's how I watched my Dad cooking

This looks SO good, but I have a severe allergy to onions (they cause me to have an anaphylactic reaction). I have three standard substitutes I use when a recipe calls for onion; which one I use depends on the recipe and what purpose the onions serve. If the onions are finely chopped and added for texture, I will generally use finely chopped potato instead (like in a meat loaf). If the onions are sliced or cut larger and added for texture, I tend to use sliced mushrooms in their place. If the onions are added for flavor, I will generally use garlic as a substitute. The thing is that the onion is clearly being added for flavor here, but the recipe already includes garlic, and while I will definitely increase the amount of garlic (because I just REALLY like garlic), I'm not sure that will be enough. Similarly, as mushrooms are already the cornerstone of the dish, I can't really substitute them for the onion. I suppose that I could use more robust and flavorful mushrooms (perhaps portabellas); along with the increased amount of garlic, using more flavorful mushrooms could help compensate for the absence of the onions. Any other suggestions?
Also, I just feel compelled to note that I am not changing this recipe out of hubris, thinking I know better than you or anything like that; I would love to eat this as you presented it. It's just that anaphylactic reactions are nothing to play around with. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've had to go to the emergency room because people didn't tell me they had onion in the food . . . and even once because someone decided that my allergy was all in my head and that he would prove to me that I would be fine by giving me a dish with onions without me knowing about it. I like the taste of onions, but I like breathing more; I guess I'm just weird that way. So please don't take offense at me trying to find ways to change your recipes.
Chives could be used as a onion substitute- I hope you don’t have an allergy to them thou :)

Can we used can mushroom instead the fresh one.
Canned mushrooms are too wet and rubbery in my opinion.
I tried, and I can tell you it does NOT work with frozen pre-sliced mushrooms. Not at all 😅. They are soft, too little and you can't have a proper crust with them.
I'll try again with fresh ones, it looks very good.
