I need that RAS, but I can’t seem to get myself to pull the trigger. With the number of people I almost sideswipe when pulling a trailer without BLIS I think the tow mirrors are more important. But, I guess if I want to ring In the money. Better towing is a must. We’ll l see, I’ll probably go for it when I do an order of strobes and cameras for the truck

Ok since you addressed the chains and left me nothing else to snickle about: 🤣
The orientation of the cinder block you used to set your trailer tongue on was in its weakest position.
The “walls” of the block should support the weight, than the “ceiling & floor.”
Not a biggie here but guys who support a car like that and then work under it are asking for trouble or worse.

  • @ghenry85

I'd be interested in knowing what the draw bar hp(basically towing hp)would be on the Hammer. The university of Nebraska has a measuring rig they use to test farm tractors on.
Just some cool numbers The Volvo FH transport trucks(European, not legal in NA) has a 750hp(Volvo D13 diesel) variant which is advertised to be able to tow 100 tons. Mind you the torque on that engine clears 2000lb/ft effortlessly and transport trucks are more efficient at putting hp to the ground. For comparison, the most powerful production farm tractors are in the 660 flywheel hp range(that's not including the 30hp boost that's available).
Have a nice day as always.

A lot of people are complaining about the auto recirculation. It cuts off on its own and so far there is no fix for it including using forscan.

Brad and Sam, I am getting ready to order a new 2022 F150 Super Crew with 5.5 bed early next year, most likely the Lariat spec. It will have max tow pkg along with 502A package and other goodies. I will also be ordering the 5.0 coyote. We are planning on ordering a new Jayco White Hawk 27RB at some point also. That rig is around 6500 pounds, I think loaded to the max it runs around 8000 maybe. It looks like the RAS gives you the most bang for the buck. I don't know that I can swing the price of those shocks that you have. Do you think the RAS setup by itself is worth the cost? I have towed many years and was wondering why you don't drop one more link on your lift bars to minimize the drop or have you tried that and it is too much? My last rig I had the the Hensley Arrow hitch and that thing was a beast and eliminated all sway, however, it is very pricey but worth every penny if your tow vehicle is having issues. I won't know till I get everything if I will be going with another Hensley or the ProPride 3p, which is just an upgraded Hensley. Let me know if the RAS would work well enough without the pricey shocks. I would probably save that $1600 and put towards the Hensley/ProPride hitch. Thanks from N.C

Great videos guys. I just bought a 21 XLT with the 5.0. After the test drive I told the salesman that all it needed was a supercharger LMAO. Question though... Have y'all considered any brake upgrades or after towing do y'all feel that it's really needed? I figured between the supercharger and being a towing rig that you guys have surely thought about it.
