OMG! Why it wasn't here in 2018? I used to be scared to death during thunderstorms all my life and mom always used to hold me. But after she's gone I used to call my ex lover but he always used to ignore me cause he was busy cheating. I used to have severe panic attacks and one-day boom everything is gone. Nothing scares me anymore. Why I didn't find this audio back then? Why it wasn't there back then? Oh yami you're so precious. Thank you for this.

@@EthernalYami yeah-- I was just paranoid because we were in the middle of playing a softball game and I hate storms. The tornado warning added to the paranoia. But NO TORNADO HAPPENED THANK GOD…. They usually never happen due to the place where I live being surrounded by mountains…
I haven’t had a recent panic attack since I was in a EEG in April of last year 😢 a nurse had to come and help me breathe
