This was much needed. I’ve suffered from panic attacks for years, they were getting better but recently due to stress have been getting sooo bad thank you for this Yami!
(Side note: it is freezing rain where I live tonight, I will be staying in but anyone experiencing the same weather pattern please stay safe out there 🖤)
I always tell myself that, I always tell myself that I’m safe and that no one’s gonna hurt me.
I love how this really made me calm down and kept me grounded. Hearing the words "you're safe" and "it's going to be okay" helps so much it became a lifeline. I hope you're doing better and may our comments bring you comfort as much as your audios give us 💖💖
edit: I was panicking a while ago due to work stress, on how i can't find myself to finish tasks and I don't have enough time then I remembered this. Your voice, your words and the rain is the perfect mix to calm me down.

I found this at the perfect time. It helped calm me down. The voice is so soothing in a way that I feel almost compelled to listen to what he says. It's so easy to calm down when listening to his audios

I had to pack up my room for moving and had a panic attack every night until I could set my room back up to how it was before. I never thought about how much my room was my safe space until I had to put it all in boxes

I went to school and I found out that we had to do a presentation and I almost had a panic attack but I didn't we're going to have it in a week and I'm really scared because we have to do it in front of my whole school and I'm not really a public speaker and one that happens sometimes and I have panic attack I start to cry or I get really shaky or cold but remember yamii too to stay hydrated and eat love you
