    Jordan had superior athleticism, outstanding footwork and technique (on both ends), very creative, graceful, maniacally competitive, excellent size, and an extremely high IQ.
    I’m glad I was able to witness him during his reign. Pure excellence on the hardwood.

      Footwork like Kobe, hands like Kawhi, vertical maybe even better than Lavine (it’s close), surreal agility and dexterity, the body control dribbling and while airborne like a legit gymnast, maniacal work ethic and competitiveness, shutdown defender, underrated passer when he had to, greatest mid range game ever, greatest post game for a guard ever, as clutch as Kobe and Bird or more so, incredibly efficient, as quick as Iverson when he was younger but 6’6: the perfect basketball player

      Yep, he had been retired for years and was coming back and getting better and better, but the sad fact about getting older is, you get injured more and it's harder to heal.
      But the skill was still there, even though a bit of the athleticism was gone.

    Jordan averaged about 32 ppg on 50% as a Bull without shooting many 3s. I mean, that is ridiculous right there. Then old man Floor Jordan was averaging 26 ppg before injuring his knee. Bruh.

      the reason his shooting percentage was at 50% because he didn't shoot alot of 3s' nor attempt because that wasn't his game. 15 feet & in. Jordan was never a good outside shooter. He only attempted like 9 3s his rookie year. Kobe was a way better shooter than Jordan or lebron from day one. when all your shot attempts are so close to basket your % should be high. Shaq % was 50% every season because he had no outside game. 5 foot hook or dunk. That's why shooting % is deceptive when talking about a good shooter

      People always say this. No. Jordan didn't flip a switch one day and go from being 23 years old to 40. There was clearly a period in between where his IQ and athleticism came together. That period was called the 90s. He won 6 championships.

    Great interview. Metta world peace was a great defender in his prime and jordan close to retirement scoring big against him. That is incredible. Metta could defend almost all positions and wear players down. In his last year as laker metta in a game defended all 5 positions in a single play. Kobe resting on bench pointed that out to julius randle and told julius that metta who could do that consistently in his prime. Metta vs Lebron, Metta vs Kobe, Metta vs jordan, Metta vs Tmac...he played against the greats and held his own on certain nights. Even though they scored against him, playing against these greats as a lead defender and not backing down in itself is a great achievement.

    From years watching the nba and watching all three of them Michael , Kobe and Lebron. In the last minute of the game watching Michael was like waiting for something spectacular, Kobe was like waiting for the inevitable and Lebron was making the right move in the situation that they would be placed in.

      @@SealofPerfection That's not how it works. It's about competition and the era you play in. Put Kobe in that fruity cupcake 90s era, and he will average 40 points with 6 rebound and 6 assist. I give Jordan on efficiency tho.
