The Wonder of the World No One's Visited

  • It's a new city for us. We've traveled to Aurangabad, 300kms inland from Mumbai and we've stumbled upon a magnificent rock-carved series of temples called Ellora Caves. This expansive site is just incredible. It's barely known or spoken of, yet it's deserving of World Wonder status. Many archeologists who have excavated here also believe it should be a new wonder of the world. In our opinion it rates much higher than some on the "new" list. Come along while we show you 24 hours in Aurangabad, our first time here!

Islamic invaders tried to destroy it but failed because of its sheer size and strength so you see they destroyed most of the faces of the deities in the temple. The hatred for other religion in Islam is unfathomable.

For your information, as many people from other countries think that Buddhism is a religion, I wish to inform you that Lord Buddha, originally known as Sidharth Gowthama, is a Hindu King who wished to relieve himself from the bondings of life and started his search for enlightenment. He followed many Hindu rishis of that period and learned the different techniques of Yoga. There is no record that he is critical of Hinduism or relinquishing his Hindu religion. He never declared his enlightenment knowledge as a separate religion. People who followed him after his lifetime created a religion out of it. Poor people. Of course, we Hindus consider him as a Great Human being in the latest human History, particularly myself as any other sages of Hinduism.

But again one of the main reasons for that getting colonised is the civil war and internal assassinations. But even after independence most Indians were mentally colonised which completely halted the development rate for like 60 years. India began to grow only like in the last 10 years.

there are incidents where when non-asian foreigners see locals bathing at a holy site they do their own version of holy tribute by skinny dipping..thats highly cultural inappropriate..but you can't restrict them the whole site/entire water body... that wont be secularism if you do... so for one of these reasons there's a high entry fees requirement and secondly the low PPP of BPL and lower middle class wouldn't allow them to visit a place of their faith and worship with devotion.. our population is 1.4 billion and per capita GDP is very very low..ppl keep forgetting this time to time when they visit the place.
