    I am a newbie. I find the videos helpful but putting the teachings into practice is hard because my emotions take control of me.

      @@thejourneyofwisdom9 yes, if I get up early, I use the excess time to build myself up: E.g. read things I don't know about, clean, prepare for work, instead of ruminating or feeling bad that I couldn't get back to sleep.

    I'm getting more stoic as data go by not getting bothered with what happens around me and practicing focus on what I do for the moment
