I listened to stoicism and its valuable knowledge while tending my garden - I always do. I've also been caring for my spouse who is recovering from two types of cancer illness. Music, gardening, and stoicism have become my guidance, and source of strengths and inspiration, as a matter of fact. After I helped my spouse get dressed up this morning, I headed out in my backyard, plugged-in with ear buds, started planting flowers and a couple of veggie crops, ready for spring, yahoo!!😃 Not only does it feel great to have accomplished something that is fun and important to me, I have learned wonderful things listening to the ancient power of stoicism for five hours - just today. Thank you, THANK YOU, thank you for your contribution sharing the timeless, invaluable, and important knowledge of stoicism.🙏

@StoicSpirit101 It's not always simple but it's easy to find that balance in each day. Yes, there are challenges we face, and I believe many of us do, we feel disappointed and frustrated at times. I think it's important that we pay attention to our emotions and by recognizing them instead of trying to suppress them we will find the guidance to heal. I not only find it soothingly relaxing doing garden, seeing many different vibrant colors in my garden - I feel the "love" being returned to me. And with stoicism being played in the background that adds more inspirational insight is a true antidote. But that's just me.😃
The point of giving without expectation is really interesting for the happiness and wellbeing of oneself.

I look forward to listening to these three hour videos! I continue to seek wisdom. Kindness has become my enemy because i have been irresponsible in whom I open up too. I have continued to exercise little self control, and I feel that stoic wisdom comes of awareness of (being mindful of the things i can control and recognizing that I hurt only myself when I focus and react on the actions of others .

A million a half given too others but last twenty years I’ve learned plenty plenty of boundaries hard to do when your so giving it was from my mom till twenty years ago I am for respect ❤today dealing with a dying toy poodle twelve years old hopefully he’s coming around I pray to God or the universe this video is amazing I’m sharing you this particularly because of balance kindness yes ❤😮but must be the kindest to me I use to forget me all my life today I’m different but life’s trials and tribulations taught me plenty so much sever pain use to always punish myself because my mom always punishing me I’m over all this I’m so hi highly talented never these last years needing approval yes mind monstary emotional resilience yes medically fighting for my life but I’m not slip yes the view upon things right learning how to swim this is what I’m doing yep no scheming over mistakes it’s like a muscle mental lenses yep the real woman in this stormy times 😮❤yep change in natures diligent yep adapt and grow yes life’s rough waves the tides of change yep loose sight of me use to go with distractions discipline

Nice piece indeed, but i just can't hold back my instinct of giving when there's dial need. I'll rather be left without, rather than stick to set patterns as a shield to keep me ok. After all, our Lord requires us to give at every given opportunity without expecting to get it back, it's an eternal investment. The Lord Jesus Christ our creator never tires of giving, His cup never runs dry. He not only gave us the earth and everything in it, but he gave His own life for the remission of our sins, so that anyone who believes in Him will live forever with Him in glory, even after physical death. John 3:16 paraphrased. God bless .
