Depression= i pressed on It's all in your mind folks, emotions dont dictate us, we dictate the emotions. Discard your emotions and delve into deeo thinking why you have these symptoms. Then ask yourself, change is a constant just as particles are always moving. Ask yourself, do you want to change? If so, then find out why you are really in your emotions. Why do they have control over you. What are you afraid of? What are you willing to do to overcome the emotional turmoil that grips your heart? Once you answer these, seperatong out emotional examples, you can build a roadmap to self improve. Everyday is a good day to change your circumstances from within.

It want happen in this life ,but if I could’ve met you I would have thanked you for being you in so many ways without saying a word. A simple but very meaningful handshake would have sufficed! I'm angry mostly from not being able to form memories in my head. I try improving my memory with language and sometimes other sources, but even when I am calm and patient it's almost more out of disinterest of practical knowledge. I think I practice alot of stoic beliefs, but it's hard to feel gratitude when I feel empty even when resilient and loving.

So my ex broke up with me for the second time my heart is broken and I was so angry with her. My buddy sent me two of these videos and it’s giving me a whole new perspective in life. We just broke up about a month ago and now my outlook has changed. I can start healing now and start my new life

I am not weak anymore, life taught me to be this way. I say no , no directly, but I let them know in a different way.

I am not kind anymore, I can see someone on the street without oxygen dying, and I won't revive he/ she because I don't want to go to the court because saving someone live with my CPR lisence at risk. I will call an ambulance for sure.

The near agressieve powerful voice is awful. Pushes up adrenaline instead of representing calmness and a stoic position. Big fale.
