The 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is at the forefront of superbike technology, as its six-consecutive World Superbike championships titles prove. But in an effort to evolve and make the Ninja easier to ride fast for all consumers, Team Green provided the 2021 model a list of evolutional updates.
In this episode of MC Commute, we sample the 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R at Southern California’s Auto Club Speedway as part of its official US press introduction. The technical 2.4-mile, 21-turn layout offered a chance to put every aspect of the Ninja to the test via a blend of high-speed straightaways, challenging braking zones, and quick side-to-side transitions. Bridgestone Battlax V02 racing slicks were fitted to the Ninja, signaling Team Green’s intent.

I'm in agreement for less things being labeled "MC Commute." Gets confusing.
folks in London, UK commute in their giant 4x4's 100 metres down the road to get toast bread, so i guess these days a "commute" means different things for different people. . .

Casually peeling off high 30, low 40 lap times, making it look easy.
My best there on my CBR 600rr was 1.48 and took every last bit of concentration and skill.
I love how you don’t break and pause mid sentence like Adam does… also so calm and collected while blasting on track. Love it.

I have this identical bike in non-abs & cant say enough good about the bike, its comfortable, nothing seems out of place, & it handles stellar. Just waiting on the ecu flash to come available is my only gripe.

Looks like an awesome track day! Ripping and tearing indeed! I wonder what it's like to ride to and from work through peak hour traffic, whats the wind protection like at highway speeds, is it comfortable for longer haul riding? If only someone did a commute style show... I'd watch that!

I just got a 2023 Kawasaki ZX-10R. After my Gen 1 2004 Kawasaki ZX-10R engine blew. What a difference 20 years make.

Although I'm more of a Suzuki guy, I've always liked the Kawasaki Ninja. Anyway, can someone please tell me if the proper name of this bike is "ZX" or "ZenX"? I hear this bike being called the "ZenX" all the time and it's always confusing to me. Is it sorta like how the Suzuki GSX-R1000 is called the "Gixxer?" Thanks in advance, all.
So, I researched the British alphabet on CZcams and the letter "Z" is pronounced "Zed". So I think the term is "ZedX" which still sounds like "ZenX" when people call it that, regardless of where they're from.

Nice review. I like this bike a lot more than I thought I would. It's also pretty good looking too imo which is a pleasant surprise to me as I haven't liked the looks of Kawasaki sports bike for years.

@@spiritualru2364 cbr1000rr has taller 1st gear it's great quality bike but very restricted, very nimble and better for cornering and a bit lighter great motorcycle!
so what would you pick for a bike to ride GSXR 1000, ZX10R , or R1? I'm look at getting a new bike this year and cant make my mind up but its out of the 3 bikes I would like to know what you think is the better bike for 2021-2022 i do plan on riding to work about 2-3 days a week
GSXR 1000 for sure i own both the new gsxr and new zx10. The new Suzuki is the best sport bike i have ever road , will never sell mine unless a new model comes out
