Just one question. I am what you consider a heavyweight (230 pounds) and most stationary bags just fall when I use a sidekick or a series of heavy hooks. (I like to workout hard). Would I have the same problem with this one? Thank you Sensei.

It's about 270 lbs filled, and has a decently wide base, so it shouldn't fall over easily
Does it loosen at all during training?
