    Sir, Is this good for conditioning?

    • @MuayThaiMadness
      @MuayThaiMadness  Před měsícem

      @mider9996 Sawadee Krup, I'd say not really. Even if you place dumbell weights at that bottom to keep the dummy from falling backwards or side to side with hard punches and kicks. You won't be able to get the conditioning you crave like you would with a heavy bag. This is a great product for improving your form and technique with targeting punches and especially kicks. Yet to condition your shins and body I'd go with training on a heavy bag. Having both a heavy bag and this "Versys BOB" does help overall tho. 🙏🏿

    to make ot more stable and heavy..
    can you hang a weight west of 20 kilos on it?
    or will that damage the construction and make it sag down midway over time if you hang something heavy over the chest of it?
    am looking into this one...

      Sawadee Krup, I apologize for the late reply. I'd just use weights to lay over the sand bags on the base. If you use a weighted vest or jacket on the top. It won't help, you'll still kick the legs and it'll fall over easily, especially with teeps!

      @@MuayThaiMadness I see, is not for any hard training, more a technical tool to get better at one precise kciks and hits then

      @framestomind7548 yes, great for visual strikes, technical points. Not for hard training. Yet the visual aspect of it all is very helpful for beginners.

    Hello Sir, can you do throws/takedowns/grappling on Versys VSBob?

    • @MuayThaiMadness
      @MuayThaiMadness  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Sawadee krub, I suppose you could. Although because of the bottom half it wouldn't feel right. The bob dummy top half would be at an angle if you tried to mount it for example. Due to the bottom half having 3 legs like a tripod. You could train sweeps, throws on either side of the front legs, yet you'd have to avoid adding the sand bags at the base. I wouldn't purchase it for ground training. Just standing technical training :)

    Can you kick the legs with 100% force without breaking the pvc?

    • @MuayThaiMadness
      @MuayThaiMadness  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Sawadee Krup, yes you can! Just make sure you put weight down on the base where the sandbags are located. Use 1 or 2, 30lbs dumbells and go at it. If for say you happen to break a pvc pipe, you can pull it out and go to a hardware store and replace it with the same size and length. :)
