Vandal Moon are like a black rose that will never stop blooming once you found her and she started to adorn your life - they deserve so much more attention and love, but I know for a fact that the subculture is already under their spell of fascination! One of the bands that doesn't need to be mainstream or to sell millions of records to be successful at heart and deep within - because in the end it's not money or commercialism that matter, but the deep connection those guys have to their creations and the deep connection between them and those who came across their magic. If you're amongst kindred spirits, which is automatically happening if you feel the spiritual bond between the artists and the enthusiasts in the scene, words become unnecessary and the music itself is reaching transcendental spheres.🖤✨️🦇 As I said in my write-up: This goth- and 80s-revival is what I am living for. Vandal Moon, She Past Away, Drab Majesty, Boy Harsher, no matter which of those bands who seduce us with synths in 2023 you want to mention - I love all of them, and I will not rest until all of them are being heard and loved all over the world. This is pure artistry and heartfelt passion - something one rarely finds in our disintegrating society. Having said that, I highly recommend Vandal Moon's masterpiece "Queen of the Night", and buying this album is a duty if you dare to read my comment. Woah, I love this original 80s sound so much! I was totally vibing with it. It's so catchy, I was caught up in it and and the chorus got caught in my head! I'm so grateful for these bands that are going back to the roots of Goth. 🖤🦇🕸️
