CBR Town Phase 2 Islamabad - Project Details, Location Map

CBR Town Phase 2 is a developing housing project of CBRECHS near Thalian Interchange Islamabad. The society has caught the attention of property investors due to its proximity to downtown Islamabad, motorway, and New Islamabad Airport, comparatively low prices, and future access through Rawalpindi Ring Road. The developers have successfully developed part of the project and announced possessions while the remaining part is currently under development.
CBR stands for “Central Board of Revenue”. CBR Employees Co-operative Housing Scheme is a fairly old housing project in Islamabad registered under the ICT department for co-operative housing schemes. After the successful development and handover of Phase 1 near Soan Garden on Islamabad Highway, it has concentrated its efforts and resources on the development and expansion of its enormous Phase 2.
The society has received NOC from RDA, and it is listed under number 16 in the list of approved housing schemes on RDA’s website.

CBR Town Phase 2 is ideally located in Mouza Kot Kolian, Rawalpindi. It is planned over an area of approximately 3000 kanals of land as per the current master plan, however, further expansion of the project is continuously in progress.

What about empolee's block its deveopment , possessions etc this block was alloted to ICT employees all instalments paid and allotment letters issued almost 5 years before but still the bock's development is 0. No dates for possesion of alloted plots yet been announced by the cbrechs phase 2
