Gulberg is the best place and clean area
Brother, make a video on New Metro City Gujjar Khan, how brutally, cruely, and criminally they are playing with End-users and how dealers of Gujjar Khan plays a negative role for few pennies. All this started from the fake balloting of their Early Bird block, which society holds, and now playing a dirty game by offering plots to end users as adjustments at a high rate because people are not buying their unsold inventory. Instead of focusing on development, they are playing new games.
Salute to the strategic decision maker of BSM who makes these policies that are not user-friendly and give bad name to society.

Hamary office mein aik senior colleague ny 2005 mein plot liya tha 7 lacs ka, Gulberg walo ny develop kiya nahi, ub aj 2024 mein kiya 7 lakh mein development possible hy, offcourse nahi, yahi wajha hy non develop area ka ub develop hona possible nahi
