I say magic trick with respect because he got my friend, who had a fused lower spine and super tight calfs to full squat after just 10 minutes of ART and PIMPST.

Mark said it himself, that type of pain makes you want to punch something. He's using pain as away to trigger the fight or flight response causing the release of stress hormones, adrenaline and cortisol which in turn improves flexibility and strength throughout the body.
Edit: True flexibility takes time, like strength. You can't cheat either of them, BUT in a life or death situation your body can do amazing things (simulated by inflicting pain) which was demonstrated in this video. synthol > snake oil

The thing is that this isn't going to fix anything long term. It just tricks the body into letting you having more mobility, just like using a lacrosse ball does. You'd have to do it all the time to keep those mobility gains. The issue that really needs to be addressed is why Mark has some limited ranges of motion. Why, over the years, has Mark's body said "no, you're not having that range of motion anymore"? It's to protect his body. If the body can stop you from doing something that hurts it then it will.
While writing this I was trying to think of something clever to say, but realised that what I'm saying is that the only way to get back his mobility is to stop lifting and do serious rehab for years and he might get a bit better, but preferably he would never have lifted in the first place. Basically, the earlier you start working on mobility or at least maintaining it the better.
Bob Smith Agree! Pattern overload will cause dysfunctional body on the long run. Doesn't matter if you do your movements in the Full ROM, simply our bodies are not designed to the same things over and over again. Balanced training is the answer!
Bodybuilders will most likely be the first one on the list of dysfunctional bodies :), and it looks like powerlifters are second!

Approx - 800 olympic athletes , Many gold medals , many world records doesn't happen from pseudoscience - sorry. Numbers are objective truth. CZcams are subjective opinions. Charles was 'magical' but you would have to see it to believe it. His success shows it. Huge respect to YODA.

frying pan. I have no limits to what i lift, so i can probably out lift most of the top vims out their.

I think the most important thing is consistency I'm holding 365 to 455 bench, very slow with a three-second descend and 3 second Ascend controlling the weight more consistently and repping out 365. I don't have the Aging going on that most people do it at our age plus I'm pulling almost 800 pounds consistently I do have my days though
