Thank you for that comment. You're absolutely right. We'll get the video re-edited to remove it.
Very good indeed; everyone should know how to manage now!
Please could you post a link to the re-edited video?
It's not safe for someone to sit on the rail inside the arc of the tiller when turning, especially when going astern. More than one person has been killed that way.I also think that too much emphasis is made on using the pole. Howard
+Howard Ang This is why people get into trouble. They are too proud to use the pole or ask for help. "I'm a man, I can do anything" . Take several minutes foolin around with the motor going back and forth trying to remember what you saw on a vid or what instructor told you or get the poles out for a minute or two and problem solved.
What happened to the instructions for the first turn around?
Stopping a steel boat with hands or feet is NOT safe boathandling. That's what fenders are for....
Not boating n the left?!
Let’s see you do it on a windy day ,the wind against you, when if you get it wrong you hit other boats, That would be Impressive
It's not winding as in wind a clock. It's winding as in the wind blows. At least get the terminology right guys
?
really should practice safe boating. this demonstrates very bad technique and is bloody dangerous
