The Killer Queen is a Kindle book, 2022 updated edition offers compelling evidence. Jackie was in on it with her Derringer. There is even a photo of Lee Harvey Oswald outside the entrance to the TSBD as the Limosine passed by. As Oswald said, I’m just a patsy. There was a huge conspiracy with many government agencies involved. The government bullied many witnesses to change their story. Those who stuck to telling the truth, the government murdered, such as Lee Harvey Oswald, police officer Roger Dean Craig.

It’s beyond your comprehension that someone commit a crime of opportunity? How would you feel if you found out that your arch enemy (at least in your mind) would be driving right under your window? And in this scenario you’re a troubled young man with nothing to lose.
The part where the story falls apart for me is where they claim that Oswald was some kind of big fan of JFK. No way does someone who worships the USSR and Cuba feel any kind of love for the man responsible for the Cuban missile crisis.

I really want to finish this discussion but I’m having a hard time not letting it drive me to madness. It’s just ridiculous, and it always makes me laugh when Warren Commission supporters start by saying something like “ all crazy conspiracy theories aside” and “ I’ve never come across a shred of evidence supporting any notion of conspiracy”.
Anyone who says this has either never truly researched this incredibly complex murder, or they’re minds were already made up on the subject so when faced with any information that goes in another direction they immediately disregard it.
The Warren Commission was a joke from its inception and their conclusions were exactly what they set out to prove and accomplished exactly what LBJ, Hoover and others wanted them to prove. Any other result was not acceptable whatsoever.
One of our greatest Presidents was killed that day and for so many of us, we will never stop working to drag those involved out into the harsh light no matter how staked the deck may be against us. Those men may be gone now but I’d be satisfied to take down their legacies if we can no longer take them down personally.

What the Warren Report probably got wrong was the sequence of shots. Governor Connolly and the Secret Service Agents on the scene will swear that the first shot hit Kennedy, the second hit the Governor and the third was the Fatal shot to Kennedy. How the Commission came up with the sequence that they did I wouldn't know other than it was made up of the idiots that we elect to public office.
Interesting that Bugliosi had to defend that report theory of the second shot missing entirely before the Secret Service Agents came out public with their testimony. Incredibly the Warren Report never interviewed the agents.
I've always thought Oswald was the only shooter, almost certainly acting alone and it's a simple case with overwhelming evidence all pointing to Oswald.

Sir I’ve read the 27 volumes, in fact I own a set. I’ve studied this assassination for the last 35 years and unless you’re totally blinded by the lies that the WC published as fact, I feel sorry for you.
The WC belongs in the Fiction Section in the library because that’s all it is. They had one objective and that was to convince the American people that Oswald acted alone with no help. And the same with Jack Ruby.
I recently held a presentation at my library and referred to it as CONSPIRACY AND COVER UP. Numerous people came up to me and said that they never knew the things that I presented to them. They just believed the WC and moved on.
I’ll tell you one cold hard fact.
There magic bullet is totally impossible.
It never went through two men. Causing seven wounds.
The bullet that hit him in the back was later found inside the presidents body by Dr Humes and Paul O’Conner.
That there was two simultaneous shots that hit the president in the head. One from the back and one from the front. The one from the front struck him just in front of his temple and then blew the right rear of his head out. So much so that doctors at Parkland saw pieces of his cerebrum fa out and land on the table. This could not have been from a rear shot. Please explain to me how a shot from the rear could cause a large exit wound to the right rear of his head.
The throat wound was from the front.

So, really Oswald died an innocent man because he didn't live long enough to even get a trial. So, anyone who thinks it was o.k. to kill Oswald is appointing themselves Judge, jury, and executioner. Oswald was shot and killed for one reason and one reason only,---to silence him. Ruby wasn't looking to do a favor for Jackie Kennedy or the American people. Ruby was ORDERED to take Oswald out at any cost. Again, believe your own eyes in this. There's film of Jack Ruby at the press conference with Oswald at the Dallas Police station. He's seen briefly , but he looks a bit antsy...Ruby was stalking Oswald waiting for the right moment to do what he knew he HAD to do...That moment came when they were transferring Oswald. They really want us to believe that Jack Ruby just happened to be in the area at the precise moment of the transfer , AND that he had unobstructed access to the Dallas police basement. The Dallas detectives and the Postal inspector did a fantastic job of connecting the dots in the hours following the assination of JFK. Oswald and Marina were going through a trial separation whereby he would catch a ride to Irving and spend the weekend at the house where Marina was staying (and where Lee was known by the home owner to keep his rifle) after work every Friday. On this occasion he caught a ride on a Thursday, wrapped up his rifle, and before he left for work in the morning left most of his money and his wedding band in a dish for Marina. When his co-worker and car pool guy asked him what he had that was wrapped up, Oswald replied "curtain rods". I would really beg of you to read either RECLAIMING HISTORY by Vincent Bougliosi or CASE CLOSED by Gerald Pozner both are excellent with the Bougliosi book being far superior but at over fifteen hundred pages takes a bit of a commitment to read but it is a great historical accounting.

The three shots are among the dozen most salient points of the very commission that Reston asseverates as one of the greatest and most admirable commissions he has known.
Sadly, this belief of his consigns the man among the theorists, right or left, that one can classify as outliers in the body of assassination books: people who must needs discount brutal disconfirmatory and _established_ facts for their Rube Goldberg contraption to work.

According to the FBI report, Oswald waited until the car turned the corner and then shot through an oak tree to hit JFK in the back with the first shot, and then hit Connolly, and then shot JFK in the head. The question is not does the Walker shooting show Oswald was a good or poor shot ~ he certainly had improved a fair amount from his Marine Corps days, Marina tells us he'd been practicing with his rifle, both improving his shooting and becoming adept at working the clunky Carcano ~ the question is was it a real attempt or was Oswald an anti-government activist working *with* Walker's Bircher/NeoNazis toward garnering sympathy for Walker. I think the latter is quite possible, and that Oswald was in many ways the original Timothy McVeigh. Doesn't mean he shot JFK, but it does mean he was far from either a communist sympathizer or an agent of the US government.

Before the $19 Carcano they found a different rifle I believe was an M-1 then it was replaced by the Carcano allegedly because it tied Oswald to the crime. The other rifle allegedly found was more common but Carcanos were rare. Why would Oswald say he was a patsy? A patsy is one who gets the blame for a crime he did not commit. As far as Jack Rubinstein was concerned why do they leave out Dorothy Kilgallen who tied Ruby to the crime? In any Conspiracy there is a cleanup afterward where a whole lot of people are mysteriously murdered. I think there is a long line of mysterious deaths. (A) The story of the extra rifle is a myth started when one of the cops saw Oswald's rifle and in the heat of the moment misidentified it, later corrected.
      (B) In the full clip Oswald is clearly saying he was a patsy in regards to being hassled by the Man because he lived in Russia, not because he thought he was being framed by a sinister coup for assassinating the President of the United States.
      (C) Mr. Kilgallen had one over-the-railing exchange with Ruby during a break in the courtroom during his trial, where he said absolutely nothing explosive or dangerous to a conspiracy. Her research was only going to be one chapter of a larger book on famous trials she covered that she wasn't planning on publishing for many months, hardly an urgent expose and she blew no plots in her weekly news column. She didn't die until *twenty months* after her talk with Ruby.
      (D) I must have missed the news of the Zapruders being whacked.
      (E) The direction a person's head moves after being shot (and it would likely only move a couple of inches anyway) is irrelevant to what direction the bullet came from
      (F) The corpse was not doctored. The only reason to do that would be to cover up that there were two shooters. Why would a conspiracy worry about that at all? So what if it's clear there were two shooters? Just say Oswald must have had an unexpected accomplice who got away. How does that foil their plan or threaten them at all? How is doing that more dangerous and risky than messing around with ballistics (requiring approaching and recruiting the ballitics boys on the police department to risk their careers becoming accessories), making a huge spectacle of "stealing" Kennedy's body out of Dallas (requiring approaching and recruiting JFK's own secret service agents to risk their careers becoming accessories) and screwing with the body and the autopsy later (requiring approaching and recruiting the military personnel and doctors at Bethesda to risk their careers becoming accessories)? And, no, neither cops, agents or military people are under any obligation to obey illegal orders to obey crimes.
      (G) The "mysterious resemblance" between Tippit and JFK .... are you for real?
      (H) Hunt was a cook without credibility.
      (I) If the stretcher bullet was planted, first of all it's amazing multiple computer analysis tests over the years have plausibly lined up the victims' injuries on a direct trajectory with Oswald's window, but I await the conspiracy theorist who can explain how these plotters knew, before anybody outside the limo could possibly have known the nature of anybody's injuries, that they had to be hanging around Parkland with a bullet that could be matched to Oswald's rifle, missing the right amount of lead, get in and out of the secured emergency ward without anyone ever seeing them do it, know in advance Connally has been shot at all and that the bullet is not still firmly lodged in his body, know where to plant it where it can be plausibly tied to Connally's stretcher, and know that it won't simply prove to be one bullet too many in evidence that will just blow the whole plot anyway.

Dallas police found a 7.65 Mauser rifle on the 6th floor of the TBD, not a carcano. Less than a minute after the shooting, a policeman found LHO sitting calmly in the cafeteria of the TBD. They found a 45 slug in the grass on elm street, back, left of where the motorcade had passed. The author said the Warren Commission did a great job yet they didn't interview any eye witnesses who contradicted their predetermined conclusion and ignored and/or lied about evidence that contacted their predetermined conclusion. James Reston jnr has written a book saying that Oswald was aiming for Connally, not JFK.
The lead fragments in the back of JFK's head do not support Reston's theory.
The hole in the floor of the limo does not support Reston's theory.
Oswald's shot-1 ricocheted off the western side of the signal arm supporting the overhead signals, & the remnant slug made a hole in the floor of the limo tween Connally's seat & Mrs Connally's seat (hole seen in photo)(Dec1963), & some lead fragments hit JFK in the back of the head (seen in Xrays).
If Oswald was aiming for JFK's body then the above geometry makes sense.
If Oswald was aiming for Connally's body, & (1) if the ricochet was off the eastern side of the signal arm, then the ricochet would have angled back to the east & .....
(1a) the fragments of lead would have hit JFK on the top of the head (but the Xrays show fragments in the back of the head, not the top).
(1b) In addition the hole in the floor would have been tween JFK & Connally (but the hole in the floor was tween Connally & Mrs Connally).
If Oswald was aiming for Connally's body, & (2) if the ricochet was off the western side of the signal arm, then the ricochet would have angled to the west & .....
(2a) the fragments of lead might have hit Kellerman, in the passenger seat.
(2b) In addition the hole in the floor would have been tween Connally & Kellerman.
Hence, Oswald was aiming for JFK.

Hickey's Colt Armalite AR15 01 we now know didn’t have a BURST mode, it had an AUTO mode.
And we can be fairly certain that agent Hickey accidentally fired an auto burst of at least 4 shots, probably 5, possibly 6. Here is my 6-shot scenario & timeline. The AR15 01 probly fired at 400 rpm.
Shot-6 is the last shot, the JFK headshot (at Zapruder frame Z313). The remnant slug exits & cracks the windshield just left of the mirror. Anyhow, whether JFK was hit by Shot-6 or Shot-5 or Shot-4, it was the last shot that hit him - as the AR15 was falling - ie as agent Hickey was falling forward. Hickey was in the process of standing up to turn around to find a target near the TSBD, when the Queen Mary (the followup limo) braked, Hickey falling forward onto O'Donnell sitting in the jumpseat.
Shot-5 puts a dent in the chrome trim above & right of the mirror. Fragments dent the back of the mirror.
Shot-4 goes over the windshield & hits the tarmac of Elm St.
Shot-3 goes over the windshield & hits the concrete curb.
Shot-2 goes over the windshield & hits grass.
Shot-1 goes over the windshield & hits the tarmac of Main St & ricochets onto the curb 23'4" from the pier, near Tague. Tague's left cheek is stung & bloodied by a fragment of lead from Shot-1.
The 52 grain deformed remnant of what is probly the 55 grain slug from shot-1 or one of the later shots is found buried on top of the triple underpass by Lester using a detector in 1974.

@William Murray Did a Secret Service Agent Accidentally Shoot JFK?
      By Bonar Menninger
In early 1989, I was working as a business reporter in Washington, D.C., and interviewing a private investigator for a story about his company. At the end of our conversation, he casually mentioned he’d done some research into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
Mack wasn’t the only one who volunteered new information about the assassination after Mortal Error was published. Once more, Donahue received a fascinating, if unverified, anecdote that supported his thesis, the details of which were recovered from his papers by screenwriter and researcher Doug Stone in 2015. According to the notes, an enlisted man from the Dallas area named Jason Little called Donahue in 1993 to say his grandfather had witnessed the shooting. Little reported that Donahue’s understanding of the event was correct, save one important detail: The unintentional discharge occurred when Hickey fell forward in the follow-up car, not backward, as Donahue had long believed.
Little said his grandfather claimed he “saw the agent on the back rear seat between the agents on the running board start to stand up. The gun went off as he fell forward. I saw Kennedy’s head explode.”
The grandfather, who had apparently moved to the West Coast, was in ill-health at the time Little made contact and Donahue’s subsequent attempts to connect with him were unsuccessful. Donahue likewise lost contact with Little due to the young man’s active-duty status; ensuing efforts to track him down have proven fruitless. Nonetheless, if true, Little’s report- beyond providing additional confirmation of Donahue’s theory - cast new light on a major question that has long surrounded the assassination. One of the enduring mysteries about the shooting was that literally dozens of witnesses claimed the presidential limo slowed to a dead crawl and perhaps even stopped as shots rang out. Yet the Zapruder film appears to show the motorcade rolling at a constant speed of 11 mph on the fateful journey down Elm Street.
With the advent of the Internet, however, another home movie of the assassination became available for scrutiny and seemed to confirm what many witnesses had reported. In the film taken by Marie Muchmore, the right brake light on the presidential limousine can be seen coming on as the car comes nearly to a full stop the instant before the fatal shot. Because the Secret Service car was following less than five feet behind the limo, driver Sam Kinney would have had to jump hard on the brakes to avoid a collision. This logically would have caused Hickey to pitch forward, not backward, with the rifle in his hands.

And traveled say over 300 ft tween the end of frame 312 & the start of frame 314.
The hollowpoint went say 6 inches in jfk's skull -- ie it would pass throo 340 skulls in 1 frame.
The small scale violent part of the explosion would of course still be happening when the remnant slug had already exited by some distance.
And if bits of jfk fell say 20 ft away then these bits might potentially be in the air for many frames -- but would probly be invisible in the grainy blurred out of focus frames.
If a bit went up say 6 ft then it would be in the air for 1.2 sec -- which is say 22 frames.
I can see a stream going up at say 80 deg ahead, at Z313 (41 mm), 314 (85 mm), 315 (70 mm). JFK's head is 9 mm dia in these pix on my screen.
I can see a cloud of steam etc at Z313 (16 mm dia), 314 (25 mm up), 315 (30 mm up), 316 (30 mm up), 317 (cloud mostly gone), 318 (gone).
I can see that frames Z313 to Z333 were mostly blurred & out of focus -- by 2 mm in the best, 3 mm & 4 mm & 5 mm & 6 mm of blurring in the worst.
So, the vizible explosion occupied Z313 to say Z317 which is 5 frames.
And i can see that there is no part of the back of the head that explodes in any way at all.
The explosion involves the right-top of the head -- zero back -- & zero front.
I can see a large red peeled back portion of skull hanging from the right-top-front of the head.
All as per the autopsy photos & xrays.
I looked at the youtube -- Target round, Hollow point, full metal jacket V.S Watermelons

Why doesn't this guy just be honest with himself and admit that the idea of making the Kennedy assassination an accidental event just came to him out of the blue , and he thought it might sell books just because it was a different take on the assassintion? By the way, just about everyone that was there that day said there was THREE shots...Were YOU there that day , sir? NO, YOU WERE NOT! ..also, anyone who can miss their target using a telescopic sight should have never been a marine , and shouldn't even own a water pistol.

  • @rogerscottcathey

It wasn't a crazy hypothesis. It isn't outre in the extreme as for example the idea that a Secret Service agent accidentally shot him. Yet the paperwork that is in the public record now that the CIA had trained Oswald under the aegis of the Office of Naval Intelligence before going to Russia, his association with ex-FBI agent Guy Banister, in an office building flanked by the local Secret Service office and of Naval Intelligence for New Orleans, and Oswald being seen conversing with people in the garage servicing the cars of those offices showing him receiving packets from someone there, all hint at some possible relationship with FBI, ONI and by extension from Banister as well as ONI, the CIA... As one member of the HSCA put it, the fingerprints of intelligence were all over Oswald's activities.
Why is Oswald's C201 record classified? Why on earth would his tax income records be classified?
So the author does string out a good story. A forlorn, angry man, bearing the cross of a dis-honorable discharge, struggling getting work, etc., taking a pot shot at Connally like it was his fault, unable to stop shooting like it was an orgasm, accidentally . . or would it be compulsively? . .. killing JFK . . And continuing on in an orgy of rage killing Tippit and then trying to shoot the cops in the theater . . . with two halves of dollar bills in his pocket . . . a clandestine meet up trick to idee an unknown contact . . .
I'd say he got half the story about right, but is missing a major component

It is simply not possible to determine if there were only 2 shots and not 3.
The weight of evidence supports 3 shots.
We know shots struck at Z223 and Z313 some 5 seconds apart from the Zapruder film. (18.2 frames per second)
The film shows reactions from a number of people who show concern circa Z155.....Connally especially and also he and Jackie in the Croft photo circa Z160....
However, it is true that more people stated only 2 shots that day than on record now. They changed their minds as the media reported 3 shots.
There is no evidence for more than 3 shots.
Reston could be right, but I doubt it........
The speed of the limo or approx 10mph required a lead of some 2 inches and the bullet would have dropped approx 2 inches due to gravity at 90 yards.....so the head shot would have required a lead of 4 inches above the head.
Connally was partially obstructed from view by JFK during the shooting.

    All hangs with this question:
    - when could Oswald have known if, in what car, where Connolly would be seated.
Still possible, Oswald was aware of an assassination plot and fired warning shots at objects in such fashion, that he assumed, security would immediately secure JFK from shooters nearby
It was once said, Oswald had saved JFK's life, as he had briefed to secret service about a murder plot in Chicago
There could thus be double anger, never having received a letter from JFK or CIA.
In that case, Oswald would not have hesitated in order to get Connolly, to fire right through JFK if a first shot had failed to strike Connolly
Compliments to this vantage point having been elaborated though.
Real pros use indeed mothers finest, meaning, silencers and special amo
The Tippit murder makes no sense, unless there was a conspiracy
Tippit should have stopped and killed the passenger of a certain type of vehicle - it seemed.
But somejow another car was used and Tippit had failed.
However, Tippit should have been killed by the shooter in the car.
That car was some sort of jeep according to a passenger in a CIA- or unmarked plane, that was diverted to Dallas, to pick up two people from that jeep.
One of them looked like Oswald, but much taller, possebly then the other Lee Oswald
Tippit having failed, so still needed to be eliminated.
If Oswald was that good a shooter, Gen Walker had certainly been fatally struck. It must therefore have been a hired job to only frighten Walker, to lay off specific plans.
This shoot but miss job may have been a reward. So when Oswald learned through the same kind of contacts of a possible Dallas plot against JFK, he sort of improvised the same toutine: warning shots
And thus claim a reward, should security have done its job on the first sound of a misfire motor cycle - which did not happen, so he fired 2 more
One young security member was inexperienced and and happened to unintentionally fire while trying to turn in the direction of the sounds made by the warning shots of Oswald
He, the agent, accidentally fired the magic, not yet fatal bullet.
Shortly followed by the maffia hired hitman fired the fatal shot with a silencer and special amo
Meanwhile also Oswald had fired his last bullet aimed at the middle of the windshield
Proud of what he had done and unaware of what really had happened as he was in a different mindset, he made no effort to flee, but takes a coke
As he figures out JFK was hit, he went to his room to get his gun and hide in a public place, knowing they will now suspect him as part of the plot that he intended to warn for

Without a convincing clarification on this, ie BANG.... Bang Bang..., the discussion does not move forward regarding LHO shooting the latter "two consecutive shots". I propose the following sequence of actions by Oswald & Brennan, based on Brennan's words.
LHO's are Oswald's actions. [Brennan's actions are in brackets].
The Z numbers are the frame numbers of the Zapruder footage which actually starts at Z133 in the final sequence, running at 18.3 fps.
Z numbers before Z133 are pseudo numbers based on estimates of timings.
Z000 minus a few minutes. [Brennan sees Oswald in the window some minutes before JFK arrives]
Z000 minus a few minutes. [Brennan climbs up & sits on the curved brick wall on the south-west corner of Elm & Houston]
Z002. LHO sees JFK approaching along Houston St. Click…Click (ejects empty casing)(loads bullet).
Z002. [Brennan watches JFK along Houston St & turning onto Elm St]
Z080. LHO aims rifle at JFK as limo turns onto Elm St.
Z112. LHO fires Shot-1 as the limo straightens.
Z113. The slug ricochets off the overhead signal arm & makes a hole in the floor of the limo (hole found Dec 1963).
Z112. [Brennan hears Shot-1 & thinks it is a backfire or a firecracker][he continues to watch JFK along Elm St]
    Z122. LHO Click…Click.
Z133.................................... The Zapruder footage 2nd sequence starts at Z133.
Z133. [In the footage we see Brennan sitting on the wall]
Z152. LHO aims. A tree blocks a clean shot.
Z207. [Our last view in the footage of Brennan sitting on the wall][After Z207 Brennan is out of frame]
Z207. [The footage shows that at no time during Z133 to Z207 has Brennan looked up towards Oswald]
Z217. [Brennan's last view of JFK -- koz a shrub now blocks Brennan's view down Elm St]
Z217. LHO fires Shot-2. The slug hits JFK & Connally (the magic bullet).
Z218. [Brennan hears Shot-2 & realizes that it was a rifle]
Z225. [Brennan looks up & sees Oswald aiming a rifle at JFK]
    Z227. LHO Click…Click.
Z255. LHO aims. Sees that JFK has been hit. Decides not to shoot his last bullet (why?).
Z268. LHO stands up & backs away from window, looking at JFK.
Z268. [Brennan sees Oswald stand up & back away & look]
Z280. [Brennan jumps off the wall, & ducks behind a solid section of wall 12 ft away & lays on the grass]
Z313. LHO steps further back from window, still looking, sees agent Hickey shoot JFK in the head.
Z313. [Brennan is laying on grass behind the wall & doesn't hear Hickey's shot(s)]
Z322. LHO walks to the stairs, wiping the rifle, & hides it. There is a 3rd bullet in the rifle. LHO does not pick up his rifle-bag nor the 3 empty casings near the window.
Z400. [Brennan leaves the wall & talks to a cop]
......................................[Brennan heard 2 shots & saw none]

He is right that Oswald had nothing against Kennedy and told that to Captain Fritz. If Oswald wanted to kill Connally and knowing that Kennedy was straight in the firing line, then Oswald picked the wrong moment to start shooting. He could have shot Connally much better before the car turned to the left. It does not add up. Yes, there are stupid conspiracies, but that does not exclude that there was a conspiracy. The KGB decided it was a conspiracy and professional assassins, their report emerged after the fall of the USSR. They did not believe Oswald did it. A man who defused tensions with Russia? The shot at Wallace and being empowered by a lack of an investigation after is a great point. With a 9th grade education and a ton of rage, he might of thought he could get away with it by stashing a rifle and leaving the building. But I don't necessarily buy the impulse to keep shooting. They've really out done themselves with this. They have this Warren commission file which looks the same as the encyclopedia britanica set yet, failed to give the people a name other than Oswald

That is because the evidence shows Oswald was the lone assassin and no evidence was found for any conspiracy.
It was a very simple case, completely taken over by conspiracy authors out to make $ and delude and dupe people like you Russell for decades.
Trust me, I've worked on several JFK documentaries and own over 400 books on the case.

If it was all about conspiracy then they've made that money, you keep talking about evidence, when all evidence was not brought forward.. what I believe happened with this investigation is thought to be so shameful once found out,it had to be covered until all involved are dead.. This obviously haven't happened yet..

Oswald was intended to look the lone assassin...I bet it to be easy to get shit over on you I see.. wether you accept it or not Oswald didn't work alone. Do you know how hard it would be to kill a president,he had help, someone inside arranged that!…. Granted he didn't get away, but the attempt was successful and that was the whole conspiracy part of it right there my friend.

Michael Franzses makes it clear what happened with the Kennedy assassination on his channel, and who would know better, dispute that!

Although he didn't name names he gave a clear indication as to what transpired down there
