I'm not sure it's a good idea, but a make a tournament between "Dynamic Duos" - teams from just two characters, who have some synchronization (it does not have to be in the characters' description):
-Biggs and Wedge
-Ahsoka and Anakin
-Baze and Chirrut
-Cassian Andor and K-2SO
-CUP and Ugnaught
etc.

Next Championship idea: all characters (No legendary or raid characters) in a pool then you pull out 16 random characters by rolling a dice. Make a tournament with them.
I would love to see some cool battles like teebo vs r2d2, NS spirit vs Lando
or some silly mismatches like bb8 vs scav rey, griveous vs rose xD

Calculate The Odds: C3PO has a % chance to debuff all enemies with a critical chance down -%.
False God: C3PO has a % chance to place all enemies into a stunned state.
Inseparable: (Unique Special): when R2 is present all ally Droid cooldowns are reduced.

love to see the same but take the best times for offense and def best one on average wins with penalty of x amount min if you lose as attacking and minus x amount if defended.
Second idea is ship 3 on 3 ships same or different capital so it makes it even so jedi, clones, rebels, resistance, empire, FO Geno, and new falcon boba and scroudrels maul

tarkin is a HUGELY underrated character, he has probably the best dmg AoE in the game and under palp lead u will just have the whole opposing team with dmg and crit down
