- Figured, while it was actually clean, I would give y'all a tour of my craft room. There is one sad part, however, where you get to see what a shelf of dollhouses that falls off a wall looks like afterward.....but at least it may be able to be used for future videos showing how to repair the damage when the unthinkable happens to one of your dollhouses, so not a total loss! :)
Hope y'all enjoy! - Jak na to + styl
I'm so glad to see another person like me with multiple craft addictions! 🤩
So many things that are fun, it's hard to resist adding new ones....CZcams doesn't make it easy...lol!
I am new to viewing your channel. I make junk journals and build doll houses, also. How cool a kindred spirit. 😁.
I am so glad you're back. I have so missed your humor.
"What the hell's in there?" 😂 Sounds like me, every day, in my art room. Lol.🤦♀️😂 Love the dark and moody, magical vibe you have going on. Really reflects your artwork. Very cool. 😊
Love the Lion Rampant flag 👍🏻
Now I have craft room envy. Thanks. 😂
Your room is so cool, and you are very funny.❤
I like the idea in top of the door
Thanks for sharing! I don't feel a!one in hoarding/collecting/gathering supplies (just being prepared for when the Muse speaks to me.) Now if I could organize it all that would be stress-relieving!
Looking forward to more of your lovely miniature tutorials.
Right? I figured the move would finally be a chance to reorganize, then put stuff back pretty much where I had it before...lol! And my hoarding reason is the same as yours, so definitely not alone! :D
I am so glad to have found your channel I want to do a junk journal for my family tree also so I will be waiting for you to start. I am also a multi crafter it all depends on how long I can sit at my craft table.. The Tuesday morning by me is c!owing so I won't have the joy of finding what's out there.. Love your miniatures.
The hardest part of the family tree one is figuring out how to organize it, which is what is keeping me from working on it. Think I will do by generation, and use a binding that allows me to add and remove pages, since I am SURE that I will forget someone....lol! That is a bummer about Tuesday Morning....ours just looks like it is, but is still hanging in there.
Love it!
Cool room
Love the room! Had to watch a second time to get it all in!! I do multiple crafts as well and it takes up a lot of space! Love to see someone else hoarding discontinued Tim holtz. I love everything he makes and I want it all but then never want to use it or get rid of it haha. I started using some of the boxes, but I never want to run out. 🤣🤣 so sorry about your houses!! That is so sad! Hopefully you can get them fixed up!
Yay, another Tim Holtz hoarder! :D From watching his videos and such, even he hoards the discontinued ones, so I don't feel so bad...lol. He needs to make a Tim Holtz Collector Home Addition Kit, so we have a place to put all of the things...can you imagine? :P
@@skeletorama1916 omg that would be amazing!!!! I love all the trinkety bits as he calls them. I have used some in dioramas, but I love just hoarding them most hahaha.
My craft room looks like this. I do dollhouse miniatures, mini albums, card making. I collect a lot of Tim Holtz stuff. I even make jewelry..I don't have one hobby..oh and mixed media...lol
Crazy how many of the techniques overlap too, isn't it? And of course Simon Says Stamp just put up an ad for the new Idea-ology...that will probably be expensive...lol!
@@skeletorama1916 shhh I'm trying not to buy more. I have taken over a second bedroom. I'm out of room. 🤣
Just stumbled upon your channel....love your craft room and am inspired for my own! Your instructional videos are amazing and I am so grateful for each. Getting up the courage to make my own dollhouse someday soon. Thank you for taking the time to make these!
Good to hear, and you will enjoy it if you do! Just start small, and the rest can come later as you get more comfortable with it. Careful though, it is an addictive hobby...lol!
I love the room! I now have to get my self together and get mine looking that good. Congratulations on the move.
Thanks!! :) :)
Thank you for sharing your craft room with us! ❤ Where did you buy the clear Washi tape holder? I have a ton of it too. The tapes are currently separated into categories and stored in a solid box. I like your clear box so you can see everything. I love shopping in my own craft room! LOL 😆 It is like Christmas morning sometimes, I buy craft supplies at various places - then I put it away. Then re-discovered it all over again. What fun! I am bummed Tuesday Morning is going out of business here. I have bought some wonderful craft supplies there.
Our Tuesday Morning has looked like it was going out for a while, but it is still hanging in there for now! :) I got the washi tape holders from Michaels...I think I ordered them online when they had a half off storage sale, and they are absolutely perfect for finally being able to see all of them. They hold quite a bit too. Just search 'washi tape storage' and they should pop up.
Your drawer full of sprays looks so like mine. Really hard to find the one I want, so I am thinking of putting them on one or more of those 3-tiered organizers. They are not getting used so have to do something. Love all your stuff!
I thought about using one of the Tim Holtz spray organizers, but it would still be the same top down view that does make it hard to find the right one...plus some of them are too big for those. I want to do one of those organizers too one of these days, but the trick is finding a good one that isn't overpriced! :)
@@skeletorama1916 I bought my matching 3-tier organizers at a thrift store. I see them all the time at Goodwill. My "desk" is a 6-foot banquet table so I should have room. Good luck finding something that works for you!
Thermolam by Pellon and Insul-bright by The Warm Company are often used to make potholders. I get mine from JoAnns.
Insul-bright!!! That's the one!! Love that for the mug coasters too since it keeps spills from going right through. Thank you, that had been driving me nuts, not being able to remember it. :)
@@skeletorama1916 No problem.
22:33 I love love love this chest of drawers did you design them or did you buy them? your style is amazing. right down my alley. thank you for sharing you creative heaven.
They are from Ikea (called Moppe) and I covered them with scrapbook paper (Cosmos by Stamperia, to be specific). :) I love them but am not allowed to get anymore until I get a bigger room...lol!!
@@skeletorama1916 thank you so very much for responding and for being specific. I immediately went to put Cosmos by Stamperia into my cart. I hope you don't mind if I let myself being inspired by yours. it is just gorgeous. 🥰 also, I could listen to you for hours so I subscribed. 🥰
@@melindabraun6060 I don't mind at all, and am a bit of an enabler with both Ikea and Stamperia. (And creative stuff in general, really...lol!) :)
@@skeletorama1916 I wouldn't call you an enabler, after all, I am the one with the happy trigger finger and no impulse control. 😇 I call you an inspirer, because I rarely like something so much that I'll have to do it too. you know what they say: copying is the greatest form of flattery. you really have inspired me. 🥰
Love your carafe room, I wish mine would look like yours😋 Could you share the like for the dollops you showed? Thanks
