Especially the curio/spice shelf ideas for stamps and small containers. So so many ideas and lots of food-for-thought on re-purposing some existing furniture. We must be sisters from a different mother. :) I could never pass up super cheap bargains at yard sales or thrift stores either. But packing up to move had me seeing how much I actually had, so have been better. I put stuff in my cart and "own it for a little while" and then go back through the store putting stuff back that I really shouldn't buy. Helps me be more rational. Covid helped too because I just wasn't shopping as much and I kind of got out of the habit. Love all your pretty things you have on display . I am going to have a bigger craft room and have planned display areas for lovely things including a couple of partial mannequins and dress forms that were just "stored until I had room". Very excited about that! Can't wait to decorate them. As far as your musty cupboard is concerned, put an open package of baking soda in there to absorb the smell just like in a refrigerator. Should help. Thanks for showing us your room. It is lovely!

I love how God blessed you with this space and the table and the chair! It's so true He does answer our prayers! Even if we have to wait a bit. When we lived in a cabin I used my kitchen breakfast bar for crafting, and kept all my supplies in boxes under my bed. Our space was super small, but I worked with what I had, and honesty I have really sweet memories from our cabin life. 🥰 and now I have a good sized crafting room. Even when we don't see it, it is all for our food. 🥰 It was really romantic and cozy among the trees, and one night it rained and rained and God filled the lake which was a dry valley due to a drought.... So we got to be on the lake for a while. We would watch the moon and stars come up at night and reflect on the water. I need to make a personal journal from our cabin life. 🥰. I love your scrap room. I had the same kind of drawers as you. Lots of them and I really liked them. Losses everything to a flooded basement and the drawers just fell apart. Threw away all the things in my room because everything was ruined. I had four sewing machine and threw those those too because the were ruined.
Oh Marlene! What gorgeousness! And now I MUST find some of those shakers for my gliitter! And those little birds, and spice rack, and, and 🤣. I love it! Also, I totally understand about the doggies. I lost my baby girl this past fall, she was 14 and she was my ride or die. I am tearing up just typing this. I lost another dog that we inherited, a few weeks ago. He was old and it was time, but it still hurt - but not as much as my girl. I have one more doggie and I do love him so much BUT, he is 10 years old. Yes, he is very healthy, but my mind goes there - he is getting older and it scares me!!!! It is so hard!
