GUYS ! I just tried this recipe today and its soo delicious. Maybe Ill cook it a bit longer(im using stove top oven) 14-15mins. because mine turns way lighter in color, I prefer it a bit brown. The cookie is so soft. not too sweet, its just at the right sweetness. Currently refraining myself from eating cause Ill use it for Banana Pudding.

hello, for around how long should we beat the butter+vanilla+powdered sugar for? till pale and fluffy, is 5 minutes with high speed enough? Or did it take 10 minutes? Can I use normal powdered sugar? I can't find the vanilla one here.....sorry for asking so many questions 😅

Hello Clarabelle and welcome here! Don't worry if you can't find vanilla powdered sugar in your Country, you can use the regular one and add some splash of extra vanilla in the cookie dough. The time of mixing depends on your hand mixer. When it becomes pale, fluffy and the sugar completely dissolved, is ok. Let me know how they turn out! Much love
