Ms mcbean one of your videos talking about removal orders and how to have cases terminated is GOLD I did exactly how you said on the video and I had my removal order terminated last Wednesday, 23 years 11 months and 14 days.. Thank you very much for shared your knowledge with us 🙌
@@Jimmyst2017 the Motion to Reopen was filled and took 9 days to be granted, the Motion to terminate removal proceedings was filled and granted with 12 days..

Immigration from Latin America been a present topic in U.S. politics for a long time now, especially among conservatives. There has been significant fearmongering about the “threat” immigrants - especially undocumented immigrants - pose to people’s lives, job security, or the culture of the country. These problems are overblown, and it’s worth knowing why people would cross the border, through deserts and with the help of smugglers. The important lesson is, to some extent, the poor conditions that lead people to flee their home countries have been affected by the United States’ actions in Latin America. The U.S. has a long history of involvement in coups and civil wars of Latin American countries
This doesn’t give them the right to cross the border illegally, and then come here and causing problems with, and also thinking the have a right to entitlement. Many immigrants like myself waited years to be admitted legally. Open your eyes, of the negative effects related to their illegal entry and how the costs are affecting this country.

Hi . i live in canada ,on August 2022, my green card wife applied i130 for me and on May 2023 got her citizenship and send copy to uscis to support my case but I didn't get approval yet what I should do thank youH
Please my brother was issued I 766 work permit authorization with a travel document that came in a combo card on February ist 2023, to expire Jan,31st 2025 for vawa application. On the 29th of February 2024, he receives another work Authorization card for I 360 with a different receipt number, and this time the Work authorization card does not have a parole document to re enter the United States. He traveled twice last year with his combo card and it is still valid. Can he also travel for Xmas with it and return before the 31st of January 2025. Does it mean the vawa is approved?. They send another later of transferring the case to another visa center for officer review but the letter is not received yet for I 485. Please advise. Thank you
