Thanks to Hyundai, we may start believing that EVs just might be fun to drive in the near future! Unlike other brands, it already puts cars on the market today that are interesting and not just concepts. In most aspects the cars doe not reach the premium qualities of BMW or Porsche, however purely from the driving point of view, the IONIQ model range might just be one of the best on the market now. We will bring a video with the new IONIQ 5 N soon, we already took it for a track spin! - Sport
Scything down a backroad silently, without ruffling a feather as you go, is incredibly cool. Love a good engine as much as the next, but effortless speed is fantastically different.
This car has so much potential. I cannot imagine how good the N version of ioniq 6 will be, since it is lower, lighter and has shorter wheelbase than ioniq 5.

I cannot wait for the IONIQ 5N test, i have high hopes ! I think we are at a point where the GR86 might become the weekend car and the daily, one of those fun Hyundai EVs.
nice video. Low grip tires make the Ioniq a more enjoyable car.... And it has better retention during frequent high speed drifts (the rear brake pad has better retention)
Still, I prefer the Yaris Gr. Much more fun to watch
The mirrors are really weird
I agree, they're so far from the body and probably creating the same amount of drag as conventional mirrors but I bet Hyundai marketing department is boasting about achieving 2% better result.
They are cameras, you can see the screen inside the door.

Sorry i am very passionate about cars and need to speak my piece. Everyone’s first car was a sign of freedom. To be able to go where you want when you want. To be able to wrench on your own car and pass it down to your children. To be able to restore them ect. These battery cars are basically cell phones. They have in most cases cabin facing cameras and mics. cameras in every direction and monitor your every move. The repair and parts are proprietary. The side walls of the tires are on the verge of failure when corning. The crash safety for others is compromised due to the extra weight of these evs. They are designed with kill switches and snitches. No thanks man. Its a sign that people are no longer rational.

That's one of the ugliest and stupidest interiors ever in any car. How can anyone with a job in design do this and say "yea, this looks good!"...I don't get it. It's ugly 10 out of 10, like 2011 budget smartphones mounted onto a dashboard. Also what's the point of these idiotic digital mirrors? They suck, and you still have things sticking to the side on the outside anyway.
Please do not promote these heavy fire hazards we want hybrids and gas cars only. With no kill switches installed by the factory. Impressive you can toss that heavy crap box around but no… its a trap.

I was bored within 30 seconds of watching... and that says everything I need to know about EVs.
The cyber truck and all these electric cars are garbage pails. The weight and design of these machines are distasteful. The smalls one are fine but trying to make big sedans and trucks with the current battery tech is a waste of imagination and could be a signal for the downfall of society as we know it. This cant be allowed or purchased by rational thinking people.
