    What some don’t get is that some people don’t have big appetites. What is filling for her doesn’t have to be filling for you. Everybody has a different limit on how much they can eat. Btw I love your content and ur sooo pretty ❀

      But one thing is to not est much and another is to undereat, which hurts your body, and just like ppl who overeats gets sick and they have to est less (which they dont like) ppl who undereats still need to make them eat more or foods with bigger nutritional gains.

      It’s not about what’s filling. Even if you’re full, you still have to eat enough calories. She could try adding a lot more fats into the smoothie to bump up the calories and nutrients. People have decreased appetites for all sorts of reasons, often due to health issues and medications, and they still need to eat enough food. Food is meant to nourish you and keep you alive and functioning at your best, it’s not just there for your enjoyment. Even if she has a low appetite, she has to eat enough. But she isn’t really doing that, and it also can be really damaging to many people to look on the internet eat like this and to be praised for doing so. If it works for her, great. But posting something so abnormal on the internet as a model way to eat and praising and promoting it isn’t okay. It seems like she just body checks in every video (showing off her thin body in different poses to get validation for her weight and body) and then goes on to say “omg look how little i eat!!!” every video which indicates an unhealthy relationship with food and promotes eating disorders in her audience. She is potentially causing a lot of harm to her audience and what she’s putting out there isn’t okay.

      she also eats very little protein, definitely not enough, and doesn’t get many omega 3s either. It’s great that her smoothies have substantial calories but she needs to eat enough calories every day, not just some, and it’s not just about getting enough calories but also about getting enough protein.

    i honestly don’t get why people were so judgmental about the first one, this is very similar to what i eat in a day and that it just fine. some people may not have as big of an appetite as some other people and both are totally okay. some people may not have a lot of an appetite for the majority of the day and unless it gets to the point where it’s detrimental or unhealthy, that is also okay!!

    Keep in mind that your stomach is only as big as your fist. She also has a VERY balanced diet. It's common (especially in america) to eat until you are full, not satisfied, along with not eating balanced (this is what causes weight gain).

      As a biology student, I just wanted to let you know that most adult stomachs are 12 inches by 6 inches (at the largest points), which is much larger than a fist. However, you're right that her food is nutritious, and everyone's body and food needs are different. It is about eating until you're satiated but not over full no matter how little or much food that is depending on your size and exercise reshime

    As someone who rarely eats breakfast because of my appetite and I find it makes me more tired and groggy at work I definitely understand the smoothies. You’re still getting the vitamins and nutrients needed to fuel yourself even if you don’t want a full meal. I also am in recovery from a 10 year eating disorder and there is a big difference in appetite & what works for you vs purposely restricting. Don’t listen to the negative comments keep doing what you’re doing đŸ˜Šâ€

    I eat like her, sometimes more sometimes even less (one meal in a day), and I don’t have ED. I eat whatever I want, I just have a small appetite.
    Not all people have the luxury to eat three full meals a day and even if I have I would’ve gotten sick for being too full anyway. A giant smoothie is literally so filling, I could drink that and go hours feeling full.
    Yes some people don’t like to snack and just eat when we’re hungry, no we don’t count calories or on a diet. We exist.

    I relate to the breakfast one on so many levels. Just eating at such an early time makes me so nauseous, and whenever i get forced to, I tend to drown my food in water to get it over with.

    I also have smoothies for lunch, sometimes breakfast, depending on my appetite and what my body wants. My mother has a small appetite and can take four or five bites of food before she is full. It's how she has been her entire life.

    it takes time..
    but we can get used to it so it will fill a person up as time goes on.
    once the internal stomach has been stretched out it takes the same amount of food to satisfy a person..
    so to eat small portions ALWAYS is important to keep the stomach used to smaller portions to FEEL SATISFIED on less

    Smoothies may not be the most filling and they do tend to burn off quickly, but keep in mind, you're just drinking the fruits you'd be eating instead. She's eating a banana, berries, a few spoonfuls of peanut butter, honey, and a glass of milk. That's essentially a light meal, or more filling depending on what goes in it. My smoothies are almost the same except remove the pb, add yogurt, flax seeds, and oats. It's literally a liquified meal.

    Keep in mind guys; if someone has a smaller appetite doesn’t mean they’re are starving themselves, if someone wants a salad, they’ll have a salad if someone wants ice cream, they’ll have ice cream. If you are full, don’t pressure yourself to eat more. Feel happy about when or what you eat xx

    Just because someone has a low appetite/doesn’t eat a lot doesn’t mean they have an ED. However, some people have low appetite AND don’t meet their nutrient needs/aren’t at an optimal weight for their body. Objectively, this doesn’t look like enough food for a grown woman. BUT my perspective is limited/potentially biased. I’m super athletic and my body has a lot of muscle. I need to eat a lot of food so “not much” to me is sometimes normal to other people. If this gal doesn’t exercise, is petite, and doesn’t have much muscle, it’s possible that her TDEE is 1500~ and this is enough food.

    Ive been feeling pretty nauseous in the mornings as well, might be PMS or just puberty but it makes me feel awful so I usually just have an iced matcha and eat more snacks through the day as to lead up to my main meal (or 2 "real" meals)

      its not about feeling full, its the absence of feeling hungry, if you get rid of the need to feel full after every meal, your appetite will decrease naturally. aim for 70% or 80% satisfied then stop.

    Making another video to add more food to the same meals doesnt really show u eat an adequate amount of food, bc youre just adding food tor the video. But even with added food, there still wasnt much. Some people have a small appetite bc they choose to not eat much and that becomes their permanent habit. But if u choose to nourish yr body with the right amount and mixed food groups, maybe an added few snacks that are nutritious, then you'll get use to eating better, decent amounts that yr body needs instead of saying u have a "small appetite".

    She definitely looks underweight and her thinking that’s a lot of rice is scary that might be filling for her but it’s definitely not enough food to maintain a healthy weight

      Her smoothie was very calorie dense, a few hundred calories (banana is 100cals, berries another 100, “lots of milk” around 100, 3tbs of peanut butter is 270cals, and then the drizzle). Rice is also not low in calories, and the eggs are a little under a hundred each. Her breakfast was probably 500 calories minimum, her lunch likely around another 400-500 calories (the rice was in a ginormous bowl so she was right, that was a LOT of rice it just looked small because it was in a bowl as big as her face). Then supper looked to be around at least 700 calories as well (Caesar salad is high calorie due to the cream-based dressing, 4 large pieces of bread, some potatoes, and two servings of pasta + whatever cream-based sauce was there for the potatoes-cream based sauces are often as high as 90 cals per tbs)
      So she likely had a bit under 2000 calories for her day which is plenty of food. She also doesn’t look underweight at all, she looks to be a healthy weight without being overweight. 70% of North Americans are overweight, so our perception of ‘normal’ and ‘healthy’ are extremely skewed. She has a thin face and doesn’t have excess weight but her body clearly isn’t skin and bones either. She looks to be a healthy weight and her body doesn’t seem to be sucking into itself or deprived of life at all. Healthy looking skin is also a good indicator of health.

      You don't have to gorge yourself to be healthy, she's thinner she needs less to maintain, alot of that stuff is calorie dense and that's about 2 servings of rice
