He actually wasn’t yelling, he explained it pretty calmly. He was understandably annoyed as he couldn’t see because of the flashes. He wasn’t aiming at the photographer, he was standing there…Ben did stay calm though… he was understandably annoyed…

It looks like Ben misjudged the location of the curb because of the flashing lights and didn’t want his daughter or them to get hurt without being warned about the danger of their behavior. He sounded pretty reasonable to me.
100%, no way he “aimed” at them. His tone was so genuinely concerned when he got out, danger was clearly the only concern.
Nah he was going too fast and could tell before he got to the end of the driveway that there were flashes from photographers. If that was impeding his ability to see while driving, he should have stopped before he hit the curb.

If he wasn’t a famous actor, this behavior would probably be considered stalking. Would I want to be rich and famous? Rich, yes…..famous, no.
There are some public figures like Hozier, Eva Green and many who aren't stalked easily by these deranged ones. Every celeb deserves privacy. Not everyone is obsessed with fame unlike Kar Jen clan.

That was not an emotional breakdown. He was just frustrated. The paparazzi were putting not just Ben and his daughter in danger but themselves as well. There needs to be laws in place for such things. Yes, he is a celebrity but he is also human.

I honestly understand Ben’s stress, the reason he almost crashed the car getting out was because of the flash, the fact that he confronted the people using flash is sad…he can’t even leave peacefully with his daughter.

They are actively asking or consenting to someone following them around or showing up to the venue they are at... as opposed to someone trying to live their life and constantly are followed by random people taking pictures of them, asking them very personal invasive questions....nobody signed up for that. No other profession in the world does this!! You don't see world-renowned brain surgeons being chased around by Paparazzi because they do the best work in the world or because they are very well known....

He is partly to blame for it because he is complaining in the documentary about how she shared a letter with some staff so why not just keep that to himself? He makes everything a circus than turns around and blames her just like he blamed his ex wife for his alcoholism. He was getting chased by the Pap's everyday, when he was dating after his divorce from Garner they would be parked outside his home. It's an even bigger circus because of his ex wife the way her stans always attack Lopez too constantly picking on her so it looks like he's giving in to that but if she takes him back, she will look like she has no pride.

I understand his anger towards the paparazzi no one should live a life like this. It’s dangerous and unhealthy. But he knew what he was signing for when he chose JLO again. Paparazzi’s attention you can’t just turn on and off when it’s comfortable or uncomforfable for you.

Honestly I love Ben. Great actor, great director. He’s human, has struggles like all of us and loses his temper. He seems like he really does just want to live a quieter life than most celebrities do and being constantly prodded by paparazzi, etc must be so tiring. 🤷🏼♀️
If another car on the road can blind you in passing with their LEDs, I can only imagine how overwhelming a million sporadic camera flashes would be while driving.

I think there should be way more laws protecting public figures. Flashing lights are also a health hazard for people with certain underlining medical conditions!! I watch this guy who critiques mansions and he critiques a mansion kinda next door to Ben & Jen’s house. They showed the outside of the house, you could see the mansion they’re selling. He said their mansion wasn’t selling when they bought it, it had been on the market for a long time and they overpaid for it. They will have a hard time selling that house. And they’ll more than likely lose money on it.

I think the reason we saw a pause with paparazzi is because of social media. From the early 2000’s to now a lot of celebrities used social media a lot. Maybe not these two but I feel like nowadays more and more celebrities don’t have a huge online presence anymore. I don’t really follow celebrities like that but love when Sloan spills the tea! 🍵
I feel the opposite. Like the paps were NUTS in the 00s bc all we had were a sprinkling of magazine interviews and tv appearances. So we wanted more and the paps delivered. Then instagram, youtube, and other platforms hit the scene and depending on the celebrity, they do live videos where their fans can interact. Justin Beiber, Haley, many others do this. We get what we crave, no paps needed.
