I bought my first flat when I was 28 and I had the same dilemma. When you said you lost your sleep , I had the same journey and someone said very similar thing to me, paisa aa jayega, flat nahi milega aisa baad me. It’s one of the best decisions made and my parents live there. First home is emotional investment :)
