I have auditioned in front of him during one of the singing reality shows called Channel V Super Singer. He was and is still an absolute gentleman and very crisp and on the point comments on the talent unlike what we see these days in a reality show wherein it's all scripted. Truly gem of a person. On a lighter note, he at times resembles a healthy looking RDJ...

He played piano so well in his early days in ptv 's music shows . It would be a treat to listen it again. It was just mesmerising.
Pakistan couldn't recognise his talent at that time. I remember every one used to make fun of his voice and when he did an album with Asha Bhonsle then they realized this maestro.
