I have the same bag, it’s definitely a keeper. I never use the stretchy pocket in Goruck bags so I don’t miss it.
Great job Sir! I love my GR1 & GR2. An addition to consider for one of the non-shooter designed packs might be the RMP from Gray Man Tactical. While they're not quite as flexible as a solid piece of velcro, they're very well made and give you quite a bit of flexibility. Thanks again for the great video!

Man I've got a mint condition goruck bullet 10l and it's one of my favorite bags to but I never use it! I can't configure it to my liking. If it had a loop back in the inside, it would be used daily....hhhh #baglifeproblems 😆

Love the set up, only thing for me is I always carry a book with me so I need to keep some free space in the main compartment for that.
My Tenba Tool Byob camera insert still fits.. so you should be good
Depending on size of the book, I use the laptop sleeve for books. It easily holds several as long as it’s not an encyclopedia.
5.11 AMP12 would be comparable, plus you can have the admin pocket attached on the front and use the grid for the inside. And has couple extra slip pockets than the shooter. Thanks for the video! I copied your setup in my AMP12.
Yeah, I’ll keep my 5.11 AMP 12 and 24 bags. If I get another bag it would probably be a Vanquest!

Where do you get the little CAGE glow tag from?
Great video, just a heads up, CAGE is not a brand or model it stands for Commercial and Government Entity Code. It's a product identification reference.

I like vertx over these for carrying a handgun. With them you can access anything in pack without showing your gun.

I’m in search of a smaller edc book bag with a good admin pouch for urban carry to aviation school something that holds my necessities but isn’t super wide or tall anybody got any ideas ? Thanks

I love the bag. I absolutely HATE the vanquest color code. This is why in an emergency and someone else has to get in your pack, they have no clue of what vanquest is doing and they spend valuable time getting to the gear you need. It's simple fire kit= fire kit patch, first aid= cross patch, water Purification items= patch that Saya water, H20. NO guess work.
Not too sure about the colourful pistol juxtaposed with kids toys. Probably not intentional but still…
