Saved this video! I'm due in December and I can't thank you enough for all of the gems you gave us in this video!
Can you do some more what I eat in a day videos? I miss your meal ideas. Love hearing about Hayden
she posted on instagram she's filming one today :)
Thanks for the info! :) @@Devonxoxoable
Super helpful! Saved to my favourites for future reference! ❤️
I just had my baby on Tuesday morning so this video came just in time👏🏻😭💙
I’m pregnant with baby girl #3 and I still found this so super helpful!! 😬
Thank you for sharing, I'm prepping my list now!! Did you use any kind of belly bandit type thing after birth to help hold everything comfortably?
great tips! and thank you for the links to the items
My births were all c-sections. They did bring me the placenta so I could see it. I thought it was beautiful. Like you, I was amazed at what our bodies did.
Those lanisoh packs are microwaveable too! You can use them as ice packs or for heat, so they're a good bang for your buck!
Yahh just in time! I am 37 weeks so this is perfect!
So helpful thank you!
Currently 34 weeks ✨
Wow breast feeding my 3rd kid and I didn’t know about that milk ease heating pad thing .... all I can think is how great it would have been the last time I had a clogged breast ... I use a heating pad but that thing would have just fit around it perfectly. I am definitely ordering one just in case it happens again.
Your advice regarding the nursing tanks is 100% right I wasted money on them 😩😩😩
I’m so nervous and excited to meet my princess and vlog it! I’ve been watching videos to get prepared 💞😅
TheOfficialFoxFam when are you due?
Can you share the oil combination you used in a rollerball?
I had my baby today, your video was very helpful! 💗
Jessica Najera Congratulations
Do you put padcicles inside your diaper? I am due in March and definitely know I want to use both, but I never thought about how I'd potentially be using them at the same time until now.
You’re so beautiful & so fun to watch lol! Youve got a new subscriber ☺️🥰
where is your shirt from? 😍
So helpful!! If you would be comfortable to share a breastfeeding journey that would be helpful for many women!
Did you get diastasis recti??
Did you use belly band?
I would be perfectly happy if you did a what I eat in a day every week 😂
Same 😅
❤❤❤
Started losing me at essential oils. Lost me at placenta pills.
The essential oils is fine but the placenta pills... Nope.
@@candyluna2929 I think people push essential oils too hard, and too much. Especially Young Living. I'm all for being gentler on our planets and bodies, but I don't trust Young Living or most of the bs they preach.
Lmao “they are large and in charge”
Miss u 👧
Thank you so much for the tips! I’m pregnant with our first baby girl and started a mommy channel as well! I’d love for you guys to check it out! :)
Americans are so weird with saying “down there” all the time hahaha it’s a vagina. Not a bad word.
Thank you for the helpful tips!!! Everything I used after my first baby except the spray that I need to get
sometimes youtube can demonitise based on the words in the video
Vagina is the term for inside, not the outside
She did say vagina, tho 😏
She said large and in charge
'Never Always' is apparently a joke amongst the OBGYN community, so I've been told. Just from what they're made of, the scent, etc.
You look like Olivia Zapo 😳😳
Always is a terrible brand. Yeast infection creating brand... And it irritated my pubic area terribly.
I wish one benefit of consuming your placenta going back to my original size 😆😆😆
I think you trying to gloss over your breast feeding struggles in an attempt to not scare off people from breast feeding was probably worse than just being honest.
This would have been so much helpful earlier. I gave birth the 10 of January.
Are you practicing as a clinical dietitian? You seem to be too "pro-natural", not the typical allopathic type.
Like everything about the video except for the placenta pills!! Made me question about your credibility as a licensed dietitian 😬🤷🏻♀️
Tiya Fiscus why don’t you agree if I may ask?
Emmy Knobel i honestly dont really care if anyone wants to eat their own placenta pills but if i am a professional dietitian/nutritionist, i would be careful at making comment/suggestions to what to eat and must be based on scientific studies and proven reasons to eat that. Just my thought tho 😬🤷🏻♀️😁
She’s speaking from a personal point, not professional. There’s a difference and she need not be critiqued as a mom for just trying to do her best for both herself and her baby.
Just watching this video now, I had to take a lot of nutrition classes to become a RDH and a lot of the information was not evidence based and if you look into the companies supporting myplate/govt recommendations- it’s not a bad idea to do your own research. Also, she’s just doing what works for her 😊
Your photo frames aren't evenly spaced apart..lol OCD
To think all I did was give birth naturally and let my body do the healing. 🤷🏻♀️ Is all this necessary? I guess this is the difference between the 1990s and today.
Amy Chapman lol cool
Oh okay here’s your cookie 🍪
That's great for you. None of this is necessary but they are good ideas for new moms.
Why be miserable when there’s new ways to make postpartum more comfortable?😂
I also gave birth naturally in the 90's and most of these things were available then. I used some of them. If they made her feel better and she wants to share ideas with others then what's the problem???
